A veces me pongo a reflexionar sobre esta situación que nos afecta desde hace un poco más de un año y todo me parece tan irreal… ¿quién podría imaginarse que un virus paralizaría por completo al mundo entero? Extraño como era todo antes, cuando éramos libres de salir a la calle y realizar las actividades que más nos gustaban sin ningún tipo de restricción. Realmente deseo que el virus llegue a su fin, pero muy en el fondo sé que el final de esto está un poco lejos y que por los momentos sólo debemos adaptarnos a la situación y aprender a llevar nuestras vidas de una forma distinta, pero sin perder el rumbo que teníamos antes y sin desviarnos de esas metas y sueños que nos habíamos planteado.
Hoy quise unirme a esta iniciativa creada por @mayvil, quien nos invita a responder unas preguntas interesantes sobre el futuro, sobre aquellas metas que nos gustaría cumplir cuando la pandemia termine…o bueno, cuando las cosas comiencen a normalizarse un poco más.
Sometimes I reflect on this situation that has been affecting us for a little over a year and it all seems so unreal to me... who could imagine that a virus would completely paralyze the whole world? I miss the way things used to be, when we were free to go out in the street and do the activities we liked the most without any kind of restriction. I really wish the virus would come to an end, but deep down I know that the end of this is a bit far away and that for the moment we just have to adapt to the situation and learn to lead our lives in a different way, but without losing the course we had before and without deviating from those goals and dreams we had set for ourselves.
Today I wanted to join this initiative created by @mayvil, who invites us to answer some interesting questions about the future, about those goals we would like to accomplish when the pandemic ends...or well, when things start to normalize a little more.

Un emprendimiento como tal...no. Lo que tengo en mente es comenzar en donde me quedé antes de que todo esto comenzara, pues los planes a mediano y largo plazo que me había propuesto antes de que todo esto iniciara no han cambiado, se mantienen en pie. Retomar las clases en la Universidad y concluir con esa etapa es algo que sigue siendo prioridad y, sin duda, algo que pienso también hacer es regresar a la pared de Escalada a seguir entrenando y disfrutar de ese deporte que tanto me gusta pero que evidentemente he dejado de lado por toda esta situación de la pandamia.
A project as such... no. What I have in mind is to start where I left off before all this started, because the medium and long term plans that I had proposed to myself before all this began have not changed, they are still in place. Resuming classes at the University and concluding with that stage is something that is still a priority and, without a doubt, something I also plan to do is to return to the climbing wall to continue training and enjoying this sport that I like so much but that I have obviously left aside because of all this pandamia situation.
Siempre he sido bastante consciente de mis capacidades y habilidades, sólo que no había tomado tiempo para sacar provecho de algunas de ellas, mientras que otras simplemente las había enviado al baúl de los recuerdo. Lo cierto es que con la llegada de la pandemia y tras permanecer confinada en casa, logré potenciar muchas de mis habilidades y, aquellas que habían permanecido escondidas, volvieron a ver la luz nuevamente.
I have always been quite aware of my abilities and skills, I just had not taken the time to take advantage of some of them, while others I had simply sent to the trunk of memories. The truth is that with the arrival of the pandemic and after being confined at home, I managed to enhance many of my skills and those that had remained hidden, saw the light again.
La playa. Suena increíble, pero lo cierto es que ya perdí la cuenta de cuanto tiempo llevo sin visitar una playa. Antes de que el virus llegara a mi país recuerdo que había planeado un viaje a la playa con mis amigas para cuando terminaremos los exámenes finales de la Universidad. Esa misma semana en que habíamos planeado nuestra visita a la playa se declaró el confinamiento en el país y, obviamente, le tuvimos que decir adiós al viaje a la playa por tiempo indefinido.
La situación se ha ido normalizando un poco en mi país, y ya las personas han podido visitar la playa sin tantas complicaciones, pero al menos yo aún no he tenido la oportunidad y la verdad es que deseo enormemente poder caminar descalza sobre la arena y disfrutar del sonido de las olas.
The beach. It sounds incredible, but the truth is that I have lost count of how long it has been since I have visited a beach. Before the virus arrived in my country I remember that I had planned a trip to the beach with my friends for when we finished our final exams at the University. That same week that we had planned our beach trip, the country was declared to be under lockdown and obviously we had to say goodbye to the beach trip for an indefinite period of time.
The situation has been normalizing a little in my country, and people have been able to visit the beach without so many complications, but at least I still have not had the opportunity and the truth is that I greatly wish I could walk barefoot on the sand and enjoy the sound of the waves.

Crear contenido para esta plataforma es algo que realmente disfruto y que ya se volvió como una costumbre para mí. Además de que sé que a Hive le espera un gran futuro y, sin duda, yo deseo enormemente ser parte de él.

Gracias a toda esta situación con la pandemia aprendí a ver las cosas desde otra perspectiva y también a ser más flexible, pues me di cuenta de que a veces no sirve de mucho planificar nuestra vida con tanta rigurosidad, pues hay algunas circunstancias que no dependen directamente de nosotros por lo que a veces simplemente es necesario relajarnos y dejar que todo fluya por sí solo. Aprendí a que hay que disfrutar de cada detalle por más simple que sea, pues en un abrir y cerrar de ojos todo puede cambiar radicalmente.
Thanks to this whole situation with the pandemic I learned to see things from another perspective and also to be more flexible, because I realized that sometimes it does not help much to plan our life so rigorously, because there are some circumstances that do not depend directly on us so sometimes it is simply necessary to relax and let everything flow by itself. I learned that you have to enjoy every detail no matter how simple it is, because in the blink of an eye everything can change radically.
