Long Exposures At A Lake

My family and I went on a ride to a district of the city we used to live in before we bought the house. There is a lake that we used to frequent in that district. I took these long exposures close to where we used to live.

The bay was frozen over but most of the lake wasn't. I hope the weather will get much colder for long enough to cause all lakes to freeze over completely. It was -2 C today.

Once the lake freezes over and the snow depth is sufficient the city makes a skiing trail on the lake. The scenery is interesting. I hope it will get colder soon.

I took this with my smartphone. There's my tripod and my backpack on the ground. I carry all the gear in it.
