Feliz día para todos, ayer en casa fue noche de choripanes, este plato es súper delicioso y fácil de hacer, en tiempos de pandemia debemos tratar de preparar nuestros platos favoritos en casa. Comparto con ustedes nuestra manera de hacerlos.

Happy day to everyone, yesterday at home was choripanes night, this dish is super delicious and easy to make, in times of pandemic we should try to prepare our favorite dishes at home. I share with you our way of doing them.

Ingredientes:/ Ingredients:

  • Chorizos (de res, pollo o también chistorras, según te apetezca).

  • Pan (puede ser canillas o bollos tradicionales)

  • 1 cebolla mediana

1- Para asegurar que los chorizos estén bien cocidos, es mejor cocinarlos en una parrilla. Se colocan en la parrilla y se pinchan con un tenedor, para que boten un poco la grasa, se cocinan hasta que estén bien dorados.

To ensure that the chorizos are well cooked, it is best to cook them on a grill. They are placed on the grill and pierced with a fork, so that they release the fat a little, they are cooked until they are golden brown.

  • 2- El aderezo típico de los choripanes es con pico de gallo, se hace cortando cortando en cuadritos pequeños los tomates, la cebolla y el cilantro. Después, mezcla todo con el jugo de limón, sal y el aceite.

3- Por ultimo doramos un poco los panes, y armamos los choripanes, colocamos el chorizo cortado en diagonal y le agregamos el pico de gallo, yo coloque un poco de pesto que tenia en la nevera. Mi esposo adicional le coloco queso.
