This is a very famous phrase in my country Venezuela, most mothers use it when we talk to our children, nieces, nephews, a relative especially the young ones, does not mean that it does not apply to a mature adult haha, there have been cases. In my particular case, I love to use sayings or phrases like this, my children laugh and are already used to it, I always use one haha; when I worked in high school, I guided young people and told them that they should not get carried away by others, it is very common in adolescence to imitate certain behaviors, it is part of the process of development and maturation to reach adulthood.
We are positive or negative role models for our children.
Children imitate, it is part of their growth.
The human being as a psychosocial being has a need to relate to their peers, in this process there is an exchange of information, which can be verbal, written or gestural, the latter is used since the beginning of man, gives beginning to imitation, which in itself is not bad as long as it is well oriented, That is to say, if a child watches a superhero TV program, he/she will wish to have super powers, there have been cases of suicides because of this, since many children wish to fly for example, but if there is a supervision of a close adult this will not be so, the ideal, what should be is that the significant adult orients this child and guides him/her by the correct way.

Some alternatives would be to motivate the child to paint, role play, participate in science club type experiments, anything that generates learning, guided by an adult. I mentioned that adults were not exempt because as humans, we are vulnerable and easily manipulated, even when we have good self-esteem, we can be easy prey for other people.
I present a hypothetical case; this is the case of a couple where the husband is a professional,comes from a good family,however when he finds himself in a difficult situation,a friend,a gambler,involves him in shady business,so much so that he bets the house he managed to buy with so much effort with the help of his wife and in the end they lose everything.No matter how prepared we are,life sometimes puts us on the edge of a crossroad,we should only try to make the right decision and not look for the easy way,because our decisions could affect others in the process.

Esta es una frase muy famosa en mi país Venezuela,la mayoría de las madres la utilizamos cuando conversamos con nuestros hijos,sobrinos,algún familiar especialmente los jóvenes,no quiere decir que no aplique a un adulto maduro jaja,se han visto casos.En mi caso particular,me encanta usar dichos o frases como esta,mis hijos se ríen y ya están acostumbrados,siempre aplico una jaja;cuando trabajé en la etapa de Bachillerato, orientaba a los jóvenes y les decía que no tenían que dejarse llevar por los demás,es muy común en la adolescencia imitar ciertas conductas,forma parte del proceso de desarrollo y maduración para llegar a la adultez.

El ser humano como ser psicosocial tiene una necesidad de relacionarse con sus iguales,en ese proceso hay un intercambio de información,la cual puede ser verbal,escrita o gestual,esta última es usada desde los inicios del hombre,da inicio a la imitación,la cual en sí no es mala siempre y cuando sea bien orientada,es decir si un niño mira un programa de tv de superhéroes,deseará tener super poderes,se han visto casos de suicidios por ello, ya que muchos niños desean volar por ejemplo,pero si hay una supervisión de un adulto cercano esto no será así,lo ideal,lo que debe ser es que el adulto significativo oriente a este niño y lo guíe por el camino correcto.

Unas alternativas serían motivar al niño hacía la pintura,juegos de roles,participar en experimentos tipo club de Ciencias,todo lo que genere aprendizaje,guiado por un adulto.Mencionaba que los adultos no estaban exceptos por cuanto por ser humanos,somos vulnerables y fácilmente manipulables,aun cuando tengamos buena autoestima,podemos ser presas fáciles de otras personas.
Les planteo un caso hipotético;Este es el caso de una pareja donde el esposo es un profesional,proviene de una buena familia,sin embargo al verse en una difícil situación,un amigo,un apostador,lo involucra en negocios turbios,tan es así que apuesta la casa que con tanto esfuerzo logró comprar con ayuda de su esposa y al final lo pierden todo.No importa lo preparado que estemos,la vida a veces nos coloca al borde de una encrucijada,sólo debemos tratar de tomar la decisión correcta y no buscar el camino fácil,porque nuestras decisiones podrían afectar a otros en el proceso.
