Si como dice el titulo llegó la hora, LA HORA DE COSECHAR, ¡yupi que alegría!

Que gran satisfacción para todo aquel que desde el patio de su casa pueda cosechar unas lindas manos de cambur.

Tal es mi caso, quiero compartir con ustedes el lindo momento de cosechar el racimo de cambur de una de las matas del patio de la casa, Esta mata es conocida como cambur sentado, así me dijo que se llamaba el señor que me la regaló y pues así yo le digo, porque en verdad comparada con otras matas ella carga a poca altura, ya verán las fotos.

Desde junio a la actualidad han pasado 5 meses, es decir este fue el tiempo que esperamos para cosechar este bello racimo.

Bien, quiero mostrarles en las siguientes fotografías porque le dicen cambur sentado, detallen desde el suelo hasta el follaje de la mata y verán que no es muy alta.

Máximo le calculo 2.5 mt desde el suelo hasta donde nace el racimo, generalmente este tipo de matas cambur, plátano, topocho tienen mínimo de 3 a 4 mt de altura, fíjense que la persona persona se tiene que agachar para atar el mecate por el cual se guindará para ayudar a su proceso de maduración.

No somos unos expertos en este tipo de cosecha, pero nos dimos cuenta que ya el racimo estaba por cosecharse porque había uno de los cambures que se estaba extrayando o abriendo por la concha, querían seguir creciendo jajajajaja, nosotros estábamos esperando era algún indicio de cambio de color del verde a amarillo para cosecharlo, estas son experiencias ganadas.

Fueron seis manos en total que dio el racimo, cada mano con 6 u 8 cambures cada una, podrán decir que es pequeño pero un solo cambur es grueso y de buen tamaño.
