En casa hemos tenido un día tranquilo, estamos en la semana de cuarentena radical y no es mucho lo que se puede hacer, para hacer algunas compras como queso mozarela, jamón y pollo fui caminando, gracias a Dios están algunos negocios cerca y tienen buenos precios , no me detiene el hecho de que el carro no tenga gasolina; además, caminar es beneficioso para la salud y para mantener el peso. Les cuento que hace como un año tenía una súper barriga, pero gracias a la alimentación, caminatas y a unos té de moringa, así como su semilla, me ayudaron a bajar casi 12 kilos.

Creo que en publicaciones anteriores les comenté de mis operaciones de la columna, hecho por el que debo cuidar mi peso, aunque no es fácil para mí, porque me gusta comer y esta cuarentena nos tiene preparando platos que nos gustan mucho, tenemos que darnos gustos. Por ejemplo, hoy mi amada esposa preparó el almuerzo y le quedo súper rico y para la cena teníamos casi listos unos patacones que estábamos pendientes de preparar, sólo nos faltaba la salsa de tomate y el queso blanco duro, que nuevamente hoy salí a comprar, pero no los conseguí cerca de mi casa. Al final de la tarde salí a buscar a mi hermano a su trabajo, esto lo hago en el vehículo de mi hermana que tiene medio tanque de gasolina.

At the end of the afternoon I went out to look for my brother at his job, this I do in my sister's vehicle that has half a tank of gas.
La cuarentena ha afectado nuestro banco de fotografías, por lo que estamos planificando algunas salidas, claro con todas las medidas de prevención, para recargar el directorio. La verdad no nos gusta publicar con sólo emoticones en los post, la salida debe ser cerca de nuestra casa donde no hay mucho flujo de personas, así aprovechamos de caminar para mantenernos activos, además también nos falta comprar algunos alimentos como harina de maíz y azúcar que están a punto de acabarse, así que será de múltiple propósito.

Para disminuir la preocupación estamos evitando mirar muchas noticias, es una realidad que estamos viviendo y no podemos dejar que nos estrese, lo importante es saber que debemos cuidarnos.

Al cierre del día debo dar gracias a Dios, nuestras tres comidas han estado deliciosas, a veces vemos lo cotidiano como normal y no lo valoramos, cada paso que damos es una bendición, despertar y abrir los ojos es otra, la vida es un regalo de nuestro Dios que debemos valorar y agradecer.

Nos faltaron cosas por hacer hoy como la rutina de ejercicios, que tenemos que retomar; no basta sólo con caminar. Nos llegó otro fin de semana y debemos buscar la forma de sentirlo así, no es fácil con esta cuarentena, ya que todos los días parecen iguales. Estar en casa no debe ser obstáculo para hacer cambios y romper la rutina que puede en algún instante asfixiarnos.
Por sobre todo, debemos agradecer a Dios por la vida, estar viviendo toda esta situación nos hace ver el verdadero valor de la familia, lo importante de estar unidos y llenos de amor.
