Today I want to talk about a routine I like to do when I feel stressed, sad or want to attract all my good vibes and feel super diva haha.
Siempre me ha gustado darme mis cuidados y a medida que fue pasando el tiempo me di cuenta que debía hacerlos no solo por gusto sino también para mantener evitar daños que puedan producirse por el descuido.
I have always liked to take care of myself and as time went by I realized that I had to do it not only for pleasure but also to avoid damages that may occur due to carelessness.
Lo primero que hago es tomar una ducha y lavar mi cabello con el que desde muy pequeña siempre me ha gustado tener algo de cuidado porque es un poco frágil (aunque con el pasar del tiempo esto se ha reducido bastante). Respecto a los productos que utilizo están el shampoo Elvive, que lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados porque es muy bueno pero es algo costoso y la verdad por menos costo pueden encontrar beneficios similares incluso yo no suelo comprarlo por su elevado precio pero fue un obsequio que me hizo una tía y gracias a eso lo estoy usando y he quedado súper enamorada de los resultados, como acondicionador utilizo uno de la marca proderma que es de mis favoritos por su precio y calidad, generalmente suelo usarlo en juego con su shampoo pero por ahora lo estoy usando solo como acondicionador, pueden conseguirlos fácilmente en tiendas como farmatodo y su precio no es tan alto.
The first thing I do is take a shower and wash my hair with which since I was very small I have always liked to have some care because it is a little fragile (although with the passage of time this has been reduced quite a bit). Regarding the products I use are Elvive shampoo, which I recommend it with my eyes closed because it is very good but it is somewhat expensive and the truth is that for less money you can find similar benefits even I don't usually buy it because of its high price but it was a gift that an aunt gave me and thanks to that I am using it and I have been super in love with the results, as a conditioner I use one of the proderma brand which is one of my favorites for its price and quality, I usually use it in combination with their shampoo but for now I am using it only as a conditioner, you can get them easily in stores like farmatodo and its price is not so high.
Luego de eso, retiro el exceso de agua con una toalla y me gusta aplicar ampollas para el cabello en este caso utilice esta de marca farmatodo que ayuda a la hidratación y nutrición; aquí quiero ser muy honesta y es que nunca fui constante con las ampollas capilares, siempre las usaba de vez en cuando pero a raíz de la decoloración y el tinte que aplique para crear los mechones morados me vi en la obligación de comenzar a usarlas. Espero como 5 min aproximadamente y aplicó un poco de este producto también marca farmatodo que es para protegerlo del calor (uso de secadoras, planchas o rizadoras) mi cabello por naturaleza es liso pero a veces se me esponja un poco porque suelo secarme el cabello al aire libre y a veces hay mucha humedad entonces cuando lo veo así me pasó la plancha.
After that, I remove the excess water with a towel and I like to apply ampoules for the hair in this case I used this one from farmatodo brand that helps hydration and nutrition; here I want to be very honest and I was never constant with the hair ampoules, I always used them from time to time but because of the bleaching and the dye that I applied to create the purple locks I was forced to start using them. I wait about 5 minutes and apply a little bit of this product also brand farmatodo which is to protect it from heat (use of dryers, irons or curling irons) my hair by nature is straight but sometimes I get a little fluffy because I usually dry my hair outdoors and sometimes there is a lot of humidity so when I see it like that I use the iron.
Mientras mi cabello se secaba comencé a depilarme las piernas, me gusta utilizar esta máquina depiladora porque es bastante cómoda y como ya tengo algunos años usandola es bastante práctico; desde que tengo uso de razón soy muy peludita y por eso trato de evitar el uso de rasuradoras para que así los vellitos no crezcan más gruesos y tenga que hacer el proceso en menos tiempo, con la depilación mis vellitos tardan más en crecer y salen super más delgados. Repito el proceso en las axilas y así doy por culminado mi ciclo de depilación.
While my hair was drying I started to wax my legs, I like to use this epilator because it is quite comfortable and since I have been using it for a few years it is quite practical; since I can remember I am very hairy and that is why I try to avoid using shavers so the hairs do not grow thicker and I have to do the process in less time, with epilation my hairs take longer to grow and they come out super thinner. I repeat the process on my underarms and that's the end of my waxing cycle.
En este momento mis cejas estaban perfiladas aún y no fue necesario retocarlas, así que procedi a planchar mi cabello.
At this point my eyebrows were still outlined and did not need to be touched up, so I proceeded to flat iron my hair.
Con mi cabello ya lindo, procedí a aplicar mi crema ponds para hidratar mi carita y así vez protegerla porque contiene protector solar. En la mayoría de los casos cuando hago esta rutina siempre incluyo mis uñas (tanto de las manos como de los pies) pero en esta ocasión no pude hacerlo por falta de algunos materiales.
With my hair already nice, I proceeded to apply my ponds cream to moisturize my face and at the same time protect it because it contains sunscreen. In most cases when I do this routine I always include my nails (both fingernails and toenails) but this time I couldn't do it due to lack of some materials.
Termine aplicando un poco de crema corporal para hidratar mi piel también y listo! Como ya me sentía de ánimos decidí aplicar un poco de maquillaje y vestirme muy lindo para ustedes♥️
I ended up applying some body cream to moisturize my skin as well and that was it! Since I was already feeling in the mood I decided to apply some makeup and dress up nice for you guys♥️
As I already mentioned this routine I usually do it when I feel a little unmotivated or when I feel neglected, because the most important thing is always our well being and knowing how to deal with our not so happy moments, I really like to do this routine because I feel how my energies are renewed and I eliminate all the ugly feelings I may feel!
