Hola mi bella familia hive, feliz viernes, ya casi viene el día del trabajador y recordé en darles una información verídica Y eficaz para ser un LIDER en máxima potencia, por cierto admiro a esa gente trabajadora que lucha por sus sueños y no se detiene hasta cumplirlos, al mi parecer debe ser así, nunca te canses de soñar en grande, porqué recuerda que si el trabajo es tuyo ni porque te quieran quitar, estas allí en ese puesto porque Dios, el universo y tú con tu esfuerzo así lo dispusieron, aquí les traigo mis siete (7) consejos para lograr ser un líder ejemplar.

Siempre habrá alguien que tu no le caigas bien puede ser empleado o profesionales de tu mismo rango o nivel, debes saber cómo manejar este tipo de situaciones sin que tu o nadie salga afectado ya que la idea es solucionar desde raíz y no ser más largo el asunto o problema, eres un líder sabrás como solucionar cada situación estoy segura.

Amigos HIVE es muy importante que tú como LIDER de la organización capacites o rotes a cada empleado o trabajador para que todos aprendan a manejar alguna tarea importante que tú necesites o requieras a la hora pautada (esto va a depender de cada caso), así los trabajadores se sentirán importantes para realizar el trabajo correcto y adecuadamente entregarte a la hora exacta, recuerda que la humildad y actitud te llevaran a mejores caminos por recorrer y que mejor acompañados por un grandioso equipo de trabajo que tu formaste y puedas confiar en cada uno de ellos.

Que belleza de post, como sugerencia para mejorar la estética de tu post, te comento que puedes centrar las imágenes que pongas solas, así no se ven a un lado, sino que quedan centraditas y se verían mas bonitas ya que no son tan grandes para cubrir ambos extremos. Saludos.

Hola @maridel7 ser Líder es una tarea grandiosa, hay una pregunta que siempre nos hacían, Se nace Líder o se aprende a ser Líder...Es cuestión de actitud, aptitud, así con c y con p...Cuando una persona cree en si mismo y reconoce el potencial que tiene y que todo está dentro de si, es una tarea ganada.
Delegar tareas a otros es importante, pero también es necesario estar claro que se delegan las tarea no la responsabilidad. La responsabilidad es inherente de cada persona. De allí depende si avanza el trabajo o no se detiene.
