Esta hierba no se puede consumir en altas dosis , porque puede provocar mareos, dolores de cabeza, hasta perdida de la memoria temporal y a nivel tópico alergias. Así como también no se debe conducir automotores por cierto tiempo, mientras se este consumiendo la misma.

Esta planta se la preparo a mis hijos @keritroberts @reinoldroberts cuando están en el periodo de pruebas académicas para la memoria como oxigenante cerebral y también yo la consumo. La preparo en infusión: coloco a hervir un puñado de hojas en 1/2 litro de agua filtrada por 20 min, tomo una taza en la mañana después del desayuno.
