Bienvenida nueva semana

Bienvenida la nueva semana,
llena de fe y esperanza
a Dios le pido templanza
en esta hermosa mañana.

El alba llegó a mi ventana
y yo en oración y alabanza,
sintiendo mucha añoranza
por mi otrora Patria venezolana.

Pido a Dios por su bondad,
luz bendita, justicia y prosperidad
y que despeje la oscurana.

Que repiquen las campanas
en toda Iglesia cristiana
celebrando Libertad.
