English

Surely, it has ever happened to you that you need a design or an edition for something specific, be it, retouch the colors of a photograph, make an arrangement for your baby's photos, design a business card, make an advertising banner, a logo for an enterprise, or some passport photos, in short, innumerable things that sometimes become a necessity and in many cases we must pay for it. But, why, having so many tools at our disposal, don't we do it ourselves?.

Sometimes online editing tools limit their use in a basic function, and if we want to use all the diversity of options it contains, we must pay for it, which leads us to settle for what it offers us for free.

With Photoshop, a high-quality design and editing tool, many people shy away from learning it because they consider that for this they must study, or in the best case, take a course of months to acquire a considerable amount of knowledge.

Do you know how long it took me to learn the basics of Photoshop? 1 week! Do you know how much I paid for it? 0 cents. How did I do it? Simple, when you want, you can! I will tell you my experience.

When I was 17 years old, my sister gave me a "Design" course, knowing that I liked creating things, and I was very detailed at that time with drawing. A course that lasted 6 months, and in which I learned NOTHING. Time passed, and at the age of 22, I decided to venture on my own to learn Photoshop, buying the program and learning from it through YouTube. Day after day I was feeding my knowledge, and little by little the tools within the program that I was learning to use were becoming more and more. There came a point where I realized what I was achieving, being able to translate it into reality from my mind. As I learned to design things, a lack of knowledge was generated in me, which quickly made me inquire and learn from new doubts, with which I was continuously polishing and improving my capabilities.

Of course, I don't consider myself a designer because I don't have a credential to endorse it, but I do consider that I know and have learned more than many people who dedicate their studies to it.

This apprenticeship allowed me to work for 3 years at a photographic company where I put my skills to the test and also learned a lot from experts in the field.

Designing is like knowing English, that is, it opens countless work doors for you, in fact, you can work on your own, and even better, it can become your lifeline at some point. Invest your time in productive things, sooner or later you will realize how important it was.
