Saludos a todos, hoy quise unirme a esta iniciativa de @yolimarag sobre los deportes lo que para mi es mi vida entera ya que desde niño los practico. Me he dedicado al béisbol pero también me gustan deportes como el basket, softbol, fútbol y voleibol, espero les guste mi participación. Bienvenidos a mi blog.
Greetings to all, today I wanted to join this initiative of @yolimarag about sports, which for me is my whole life since I have been practicing them since I was a child. I have dedicated myself to baseball but I also like sports such as basketball, softball, soccer and volleyball, I hope you like my participation. Welcome to my blog.
Béisbol / Baseball
Mi deporte favorito y el que he practicado desde que tengo memoria, crecí y he vivido con el beisbol ya que a los 16 años me firmaron los Tigres de Detroit y tuve la dicha de jugar en Estados Unidos con distintos equipos en distintas categorías. Para mi el beisbol es mucho mas que un deporte, lo mas que me gusta es la manera de aplicar las estrategias de juego y por supuesto vivir la experiencia en un estadio de beisbol es lo maximo.
My favorite sport and the one that I have practiced for as long as I can remember, I grew up and have lived with baseball since at the age of 16 I was signed by the Detroit Tigers and I had the joy of playing in the United States with different teams in different categories. For me, baseball is much more than a sport, the most I like is the way to apply game strategies and of course living the experience in a baseball stadium is the best.
También pude jugar en la Liga Venezolana de Béisbol Profesional durante dos temporadas y fue una experiencia muy interesante. Es mi deporte favorito y el que espero que mis hijos practiquen en algún momento de su vida. También pienso que es un deporte completo, emocionante, divertido, entretenido y para todos los gustos.
I was also able to play in the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League for two seasons and it was a very interesting experience. It is my favorite sport and the one that I hope my children will practice at some point in their life. I also think that it is a complete sport, exciting, fun, entertaining and for all tastes.
Tenis / Tennis
Este es el deporte que mas me gusta ver en televisión y sobre todo en los tornos grandes como Roland Garros, Abierto de Estados Unidos, de Australia y Wimbledon. Es un deporte emocionante y donde todo cambia muy rápido así que es mejor no perderse nada. También sigo la carrera de grandes tenistas masculinos y femeninos y me gusta ver como sus carreras se llenan de trofeos. El tenis es el único deporte que he querido practicar ademas del béisbol. Me gustan muchos las estadísticas de este deporte, los números y las reglas.
This is the sport that I like to watch the most on television and especially in the big tournaments like Roland Garros, the United States Open, Australia and Wimbledon. It is an exciting sport and where everything changes very quickly so it is better not to miss anything. I also follow the careers of great male and female tennis players and I like to see their careers filled with trophies. Tennis is the only sport I have ever wanted to play besides baseball. I really like the statistics of this sport, the numbers and the rules.
Artes Marciales Mixtas / Mixed martial arts MMA
A partir de la pandemia he enfocado mi atención en este deporte para mi nuevo, nunca me ha gustado el boxeo pero especialmente la UFC llama mi atención por sus reglas sencillas y porque la verdad, ves mas acción. Creo que los fines de semana con un poco mas divertidos por llegar a casa y ver un poco de televisión y de UFC, es divertido, inesperado y emocionante. Me gusta ver a grandes peladores pero no tengo una categoría preferida, me gustan todas las categorías masculinas y femeninas porque son igual de emocionantes. También me gustan las estadísticas y tengo mis peleadores favoritos. Pero no tengo ningún interés en practicar este deporte.
Since the pandemic I have focused my attention on this sport for my new one, I have never liked boxing but especially the UFC draws my attention because of its simple rules and because the truth is, you see more action. I think on weekends with a little more fun coming home and watching a little TV and the UFC, it's fun, unexpected, and exciting. I like to see great peelers but I don't have a favorite category, I like all the male and female categories because they are just as exciting. I also like statistics and I have my favorite fighters. But I have no interest in practicing this sport.
