How To Make Rulan Toffee // Freedom Weekend!

Very Good Morning My Fellow Hivers,

Today's Poyaday for us. So today and tomorrow no need to work in my workplace. So I have chance to staying home two days. My wife had idea to make Rulan Toffee since last week. So I went to the kitchen for take some idea how to make it. Firstly I want to tell you that, rulan toffee is a very tasty one. So in this post I try to write how to make rulan toffee step by step.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Rulan seeds

  • 100g of coconut

  • 2 cups of sugar
  • Cardamom and cumin seeds

Making Method

  • Fry Rulan first.

  • Fry the coconut water until it is watery.

  • Then add 2 cups of sugar and heat it in a medium flame.

  • Then add the cardamom and cumin seeds. Then know a cup of boiling water.

  • Stir well until the sugar is boiling, then the rulan, coconut.

  • Mix the mixture well.

  • Mix well, remove from the saucepan, place on a tray and cut into pieces. Because it gets tight quickly.
