Ingredients vegetable kookoo

Eggs: 3 to 4
Walnuts: 5-6
Oil: as needed
Vegetables: 500 grams (Leek, parsley, coriander, dill, spinach)
Barberry: 1-2 tablespoons
Enough salt, black pepper and turmeric

First, wash the vegetables and after drying, chop them and break the eggs and add to it.
Add salt, pepper, zucchini and barberry and mix well.
You can soak the barberry in warm water for 10 minutes before use to soften it
Put the pan on the heat and pour some oil in it.

Spread the kookoo ingredients in the pan and let it cook over low heat and fry. At this stage, it is better to put it in the frying pan.

When the kookoo is no longer loose, turn it over so that the other side is also browned. There is no need to put it in the frying pan at this stage; However, you need to add some oil to it.
Place both sides of the fried kookoo in a serving dish and slice.
