How to prepare stuffed bell peppers or bell peppers Dolma

Stuffed bell peppers are one of the delicious and different foods that are cooked with various ingredients.
One of the food categories that probably has its origins in the Middle East is "Dolma". Dolma is cooked in many countries such as Turkey, Iran, Lebanon, and other parts of Asia and even Europe.
Dolma is actually the same as stuffed foods
And it is usually cooked with vegetables that fill the belly with different ingredients

Ingredients:

bell pepper : 5-8 pieces
Rice: 1 cup
Minced meat: 350 grams
Cocoon: 1 measure
Sweet vegetables: 300 grams (parsley, Savory, basil, tarragon, leek, coriander)
Tomato paste: 4 tablespoons
Onion: 1 medium
Salt, black pepper, turmeric and dried mint powder: Enough
Oil: Enough
Water: 1 glass

If you are a vegetarian, you can use soy instead of meat

Recipe for stuffed bell peppers:

First, soak the split pea in a bowl of water for a few hours (at least 12 hours). Then I cook it with 2 glasses of water and some salt
If you have canned split pea, you can use it

Soak the rice and after 2 hours, cook it with water and a little salt
Wash the vegetables and chop them after drying

Grate the onion and add it to the minced meat
Then add the cooked rice with cooked split pea, vegetables, salt, turmeric and black pepper and mint powder to the meat and mix together.
Separate the bell peppers from the middle with a knife and set them aside, then take them out, then fill the bell peppers with the meat and rice ingredients and put them in a frying pan side by side. Or we put a suitable pot.
Pour some oil and water in a bowl and put it in the pan to cook the bell peppers.
Mix the tomato paste with a little oil, salt and pepper, then pour as a sauce on the bell peppers.
It takes about an hour and 30 minutes. Once the stuffed peppers are ready, we put them in the desired dish
