How to make quick pancakes; An easy and delicious breakfast

  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Eggs: 1 piece
  • Ready-made pancake powder (vanilla-cocoa)

If you do not have the powder ready, prepare it with the following ingredients:

  • White flour: 1 cup
  • Sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: ای teaspoon
  • Liquid oil: Enough
  • Baking powder: 1 and 2 teaspoons
  • Vanilla or cocoa

With the amount of ingredients in this recipe, you can prepare 8 pancakes.
If you want to make more or less pancakes, just multiply or divide the amount of ingredients.


How to make pancakes:

To begin with, if you do not use ready-made powder, prepare the pancake ingredients as follows:
First, take the butter out of the refrigerator to reach room temperature and melt it, then pour white flour in a large bowl and then add salt, sugar and baking powder to it and mix the ingredients with a spoon. Vanilla and cocoa are preferred)

Then, break the egg and add the milk little by little and mix it together. And then add the oil. Mix all the ingredients together until they are completely mixed.
(Stirring too much will make the pancakes harder)
You can pass the pancake ingredients through a strainer to open the flour ball and have a smooth mixture.

Put a round, non-stick pan (Teflon) on the heat
If you wish, spray a very small amount of oil in it (I do not do this)
Wait for the pan to heat up and take a small spoonful of the mixture and pour it into the pan (it becomes a circle).
We stay on top of the pancake because it fries very quickly.
After 1 minute, the mixture that I poured on it creates holes like needles, which means that it is frying.

Turn the edge a little. If it was caramel or brown, turn it very easily so that the other side is cooked and caramelized.
The pancake rises very easily and does not stick to the pan at all.

Put the prepared pancakes on a plate and prepare the rest of the ingredients in the same way and serve with jam or honey or nutella or fruit.
