Hello friends. Today I want to share with you a delicious recipe that I made with a mix to make ice cream. It occurred to me that it would not be a bad idea to make a cake out of a chocolate ice cream mix. I thought I could give the cake a bit of moisture and fluffiness, and I really wasn't wrong. This recipe came out incredible and below I share the process and the ingredients that I have used. You will love it.

Hola, amigos. Hoy les quiero compartir una deliciosa receta que hice con una mezcla para hacer helado. Se me ocurrió que no sería mala idea hacer una torta con una mezcla de helado de chocolate. Me pareció que podía darle un poco de humedad y esponjosidad a la torta, y realmente no me equivoqué. Esta receta salió increíble y a continuación les comparto el proceso y los ingredientes que he utilizado. La amarás.

INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour (2 cups) - Sugar (1 cup) - Eggs (3) - Oil (6 tablespoons) - Vanilla essence (1 tablespoon) - Baking powder (1 tablespoon) - Mix to make chocolate ice cream ( 1 cup).

INGREDIENTES: Harina de trigo (2 tazas) - Azúcar (1 taza) - Huevos (3) - Aceite (6 cucharadas) - Esencia de vainilla (1 cucharada) - Polvo para hornear (1 cucharada) - Mezcla para hacer helado de chocolate (1 taza).

The first thing we will do is make the ice cream mix. I made it with soy milk and once I got my chocolate ice cream mix, I left it in the fridge to chill a bit to keep it creamy.

Lo primero que haremos es hacer la mezcla para helado. Yo la hice con leche de soja y una vez que obtuve mi mezcla de helado de chocolate, la dejé en la nevera enfriando un poco para que se mantuviera cremosa.

Now we begin to prepare the cake, for which we will mix the oil with a little sugar and mix until they are unified.

Ahora comenzamos a preparar la torta, para lo que mezclaremos el aceite con un poco de azúcar y mezclaremos hasta que se unifiquen.

We will add the egg and vanilla, mixing until integrated.

Agregaremos el huevo y la vainilla, mezclando hasta integrar.

Now is the time to add the ice cream mixture and mix well.

Ahora es momento de agregar la mezcla de helado y mezclar bien.

Finally, we add the wheat flour with a strainer and then we will add the baking powder. We will mix well until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.

Por último, añadimos la harina de trigo con un colador y luego agregaremos el polvo para hornear. Mezclaremos bien hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.

In our mold previously covered with oil and flour, we will add the mixture and let it bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

En nuestro molde previamente cubierto de aceite y harina, agregaremos la mezcla y dejaremos hornear por 45 minutos a 180 grados.
