Halloween belongs to the Slasher genre where one villain makes his way killing anyone who gets in his way.
The film is a continuation of the very well-received film from 1978 and is from the 10th series already a film.
The first film is about the child of Michael Mayers, who murders all members of the household at the age of six, and when he returns to psychiatric hospitals after a few years, taking revenge on the only living person, Laurie, collaborated with the psychiatrist Dr. Loomis.

The iconic wearing of the mask in this movie does not start from the first minutes.
The viewer expects, meets all known and new heroes, and when you least expect the bum a powerful bullet flies.
The film is strong, although brutality is available in a well-made form, there is no blood to the right and left, it is more symbolic to limit elimination.

To sum up David Gordon Green's Halloween for a piece of good film fun where the director plays convention somewhere on the verge of kitsch through history was fresh but was not a crumple.
I recommend, although I have concerns for the next part, the end and a new trailer suggest, but it is only next year on Halloween.

Both the 78' and the 2018 film are very good slashers, I like it because it continues with that theme of what makes Michael kill and I think there will always be the answer that it is the representation of evil
I agree, what do you think about the next epidode coming out next year? are you worried that it might not come out? because I have it, because the one from 2018 was a strong surprise so it can be a bit hard to surprise viewers again
I hope that the confrontation between Michael and Laurie will be the same or better than what we saw in the 2018 movie, in neither of the two films have disappointed although I think that both the daughter and granddaughter will have more protagonist at the end of Halloween Kills and last movie.
