Happy Caturday: my orange cats are fat and sweet, แมวส้มอ้วน

This is my #happycaturday post which always keeps me smiling over my funny fat cats. They have become very dear to me and it seems we are getting closer to each other. They seem to understand my words and respond to my request and calling. On the other hand, they also seem to be more independent and adventurous. This might be because I have been taking them for long walks in the banana grove near the bamboo woods. They seemed to enjoy the walk and exploring the thickets a lot. So, I left them roaming around there for an hour. As soon as it gets dark, I would call their names loudly so that they know it’s time to come back to the house. I am so glad that they could recognise my voice and understand my request.

Sometimes the wandering aunty Rosy came back to the house after several days’s adventure. I caught Rosy taking both Joan and Kwan sneaking under the fence into the fields behind the house. I watched them running around the open field and rolling in the dry earth. They were startled by the neighbours’ cows wandering around for fresh juicy grass. The other day, a sight if a brown dog approaching the field sent my cats running back into our garden. I never knew cats could run so fast. This brown dog often used our garden as a short cut towards the river front where he could proceed towards the fishermen’s village. I am learning more about the ecological habit of these animals. They seem to keep to their routine schedule of daily visits to various spots in the area. I notice how my cats have adapted to this disruption by sleeping and hiding on high places for safety.

I do hope aunty Rosy would decide to settle down with us for good. She would turn up whenever I arrived at the house and did my calling meditation with my third eye. She seemed to respond to my message much quicker each time. She would turn up very skinny and famished so I had to feed her a few times to satisfy her hunger. Kwan, the young niece, adored her aunty and would always follow her around like her shadow. So, I was quite afraid when Rosy took Kwan and Joan for an adventure far away; but Rosy came back alone. I guessed those two orange cats got carried away and couldn’t find their way home. So, I had to keep calling their names hoping that they would follow the direction of my voice. It would be ideal to have Rosy staying around as a security anchor for Kwan and Joan. Rosy has become like a gypsy cat.

ตอนนี้เราเริ่มสนิทกับแมวส้มมากขึ้น เหมือนกับว่าเราเริ่มคุยกันรู้เรื่องมากกว่าแต่ก่อน แมวเริ่มสื่อสารกับเราได้มากขึ้น มันจำเสียงและเข้าใจภาษาพูดมากขึ้น เราพาแมวไปเดินเล่นในป่ากล้วยบ่อยขึ้น พวกมันจะตื่นเต้นมาก และวิ่งตามเรามาติดๆ ก่อนค่อยๆวิ่งเล่นกันอย่างสนุกสนาน เหมือนพาเด็กไปเที่ยวสวนสนุก เราจะปล่อยให้พวกแมววิ่งเล่นต่อจนพระอาทิตย์ตกดิน เราจึงตะโกนเรียกชื่อแมวและบอกให้กลับมาบ้าน แมวก็จะรู้หน้าที่และกลับมากินอาหาร แล้วมาหาเราบนบ้าน

เราดีใจที่เจ้าโรซี่เริ่มกลับมาบ้านบ่อยขึ้น บางทีมันจะหายไปหลายเดือนทีเดียว เราจะทำสมาธิและเรียกเจ้าโรซี่ด้วยตาที่สามว่าให้รีบกลับมาบ้านด่วน เรามาถึงแล้ว พักหลังเจ้าโรซี่เรื่มตอบสนองได้เร็วขึ้น มันเริ่มรับกระแสจิตของเราได้ชัดเจนขึ้น มันจะกลับมาพร้อมกับเสียงร้องดังสนั่นว่า มันหิวมาก เราจึงต้องหาอาหารให้มันกินหลายรอบจนกว่ามันจะอิ่ม เจ้าขวัญจะดีใจมากที่เห็นป้าโรซี่กลับมาบ้าน มันจะตามไม่ห่างเลย ส่วนเจ้าจอมตัวโตขึ้นมาก และมีความเป็นตัวของตัวเองมาก แต่เจ้าจอมจะตืดเรามากกว่าขวัญ จอมมีความอ่อนโยนมาก แมวตัวนี้แสดงความไว้วางใจเรามากขึ้น แต่ขวัญก็ยังระวังตัวมากเป็นบางครั้ง มันไม่ค่อยชอบให้อุ้มเหมือนเจ้าจอม เราเริ่มติดแมวของเรามากขึ้น เพราะมันแสนรู้และฉลาดมากขึ้น เราก็ได้แต่หวังว่าป้าโรซี่จะกลับมาที่บ้านบ่อยๆ หลานแมวจะได้มีที่พึ่งทางใจด้วย เราก็อดห่วงแมวไม่ได้เวลาที่เราต้องจากมาเป็นครั้งคราว
