Espero que esten muy bien, ya hace dias que no les mostraba una pequeña receta de las que me gusta mucho compartirles pero debido a que esta semana ha sido un poco complicada ya que mi bebe, mi esposa y yo hemos estado un poco resfriados he decidido preparar una sopa de pollo para consentirlos un poco y asi aprovechar para compartirlo con ustedes, espero les guste....

I hope you are very well, it's been days since I showed you a little recipe that I like to share with you but because this week has been a little complicated since my baby, my wife and I have been a little cold I decided to prepare a chicken soup to pamper them a little and so take the opportunity to share it with you, I hope you like it ....

Pollo
Papas
Auyama
Platano verde
Apio Yuka
Cilantro
Cebolla
Ingredients

Potatoes
Auyama
Green banana
Yuka celery
Cilantro
Onion
Preparación
Primero lave muy bien mis manos y de la misma forma cada una de las verduras para luego proceder a pelarlas quitándole toda la concha
Preparation
First I washed my hands very well and in the same way each one of the vegetables and then proceeded to peel them removing all the shells.
Seguidamente procedi a picar todas las verduras y de igual manera los aliños, como la cebolla y el cilantro
Then I proceeded to chop all the vegetables and also the seasonings, such as onion and cilantro.
Por ultimo coloque todos los ingredientes picados en una olla grande para luego agregarle agua y una cucharada de sal, esperando que este lista para servir
Finally place all the chopped ingredients in a large pot and then add water and a spoonful of salt, waiting for it to be ready to serve.
Aqui te muestro como quedo y te puedo asegurar que estuvo deliciosa pero lo mas importante es que a mi bebé y a mi esposa le cayeron super bien, me gusto mucho prepararlas sobre todo porque fue con mucho cariño para consentirlos, espero que también les haya gustado amigos, gracias por quedarte hasta el final.
