In an unexpected turn of events, Binance's CEO, Changpeng Zhao better known on Twitter as CZ Binance, came out of his not so neutral shell and sided up a little bit with the HIVE community by being more open about the Steem situation where the funds of 60+ users were seized but then rescued and sent to Bittrex.
Tough situation as there are other innocent users who have STEEM funds. So we actually have to support the upgrade.

But will reduce STEEM pairs over time, and will likely support a fork if the community feels that's important.
Although CZ is very clear with the message, sadly, they are supporting the upgrade after many days of silence. This is indeed not so good news for the individuals affected by the outrageous and bad loaded measures taken by the always controversial Justin Sun

On the positive side, this statement is clear enough like to put Justin in a very bad position regarding his well known bad reputation. Binance is openly saying as confiming what we all already know. They are literally stealing the funds of steem now hive users, more than $6 million to be more precise. They also announced some measures regarding steem trading pairs. They are going to reduce the number of pairs from 3 to 1, this is not so good for Steem , and the action is expected to take place over the course of Two months.
The situation doesn't look good as for now. I still hold hope that there is going to be some sort of miracle and the right thing will prevail, or maybe I'm just a dreamer. Amanecerá y veremos!
The bottom line is that Binance is cautiously playing Justin in the cards. Currently Steem cannot be traded on Binance at all. (I just tried to deposit steem, but the deposit is on hold). As a result, many Steemusers can now not sell their Steem that they can now power down so quickly. This means that the sell-out does not take place and the Steem price is up. This is good for Justin.
The title was mostly clickbait mate, and yeah, I think they're still friends but we are making noise though. To forcim to openly speak shiet about his friend is a great deal. Regards champ!
