An authentic South African afternoon "in die bos"... gotta love it!!!

The second last day of the most horrendous year I have ever experienced... not sure what your opinion is, lol! 2020 has been anything but fun. Lives have been turned upside down and many a hard lesson learnt. Perspective. Observation. Assessment. Growth.

Today was a simple yet fun day. Simultaneously filled with plenty of contemplation from many perspectives. All done whilst enjoying the simple moments and pleasures which we are afforded as the clock ticks by.

I have my family, am loved, can offer love, we can laugh, support, reflect and simply be there for one another. Sunrises and sunsets - there is much to be grateful for.

Life will always present you with challenges to overcome and individuals who would love nothing more than to see you fail. Never forget to look beyond their opinion and remain true to yourself.

This is my blog. My space. My shares. I OWN IT, I am the only person who gets to dictate how it unfolds. Precisely like my life... my script.
