MARIGUITAR: Pueblo de hijos talentosos.

Desde una parte del oriente del país, cerca a la capital del Estado Sucre, Cumaná a unos 12km, dentro de las riveras del Golfo de Cariaco, de hermosas playas y rios con un índice de 30.000 habitantes aproximadamente, se encuentra un pueblo caluroso, amigable, emprendedor, de descendencias indígena, de pescadores, campesinos, turístico, de cultores populares, deportistas, profesionales, bailarines, agrupaciones musicales, danzas y otros.

Una Inspiración por lo Nuestro

Comienzo a escribir a este tema, porque me inspira en la gran cantidad de personalidades que conozco, el cual se desenvuelven en sus diferentes ámbitos de vida. Estos sujetos desarrollan la identidad de un pueblo y lo caracterizan por sus talentos, triunfos, culturas y religiones, en la cual voy hablar sobre algunos de ellos.
En esta localidad se cultiva el maíz, la yuca, la auyama, frijoles, ñame, cambur, ajies, topocho, cocos, limón, mangos, nísperos, pomarrosa y otros. Es uno de los alimentos que se expenden y consumimos en tiempos de cosechas.
El plato típico que mas nos gusta es el sancocho de corocoro, pescado frito con ensaladas y arroz blanco, arroz mixto de calamares.

Medio de sustentabilidad y fuentes de trabajo.

Este terruño, cuenta con 2 fabricas procesadoras de productos del mar, enlatadoras de peitonas, sardinas y atun. Estas empresas son: Alimentos Polar y Coorporación 3C, donde promueven unamatricula de casi 1000 trabajadores de la localidad que ayudan a desarrollar parte de la economía familiar, municipal, regional y nacional.

Nacimiento de grandes héroes

Este pedacito de tierra, ha parido gentes valiosas y el cuál admiro, pero hoy me centraré en hablar dos de ellas, por su dedicación, entrega y baluarte en el municipio.

Una de ellas es: Juan Francisco Monasterio, hombre deportistas nacido en una comunidad llamada Petare, Municipio Bolívar del Estado Sucre, habitantes afrodescendientes.
Éste atleta, fue un profesional del béisbol venezolano de los años 70, obteniendo un título de bateo en la liga de esa temporada, con los tiburones de la Guaira.
Puedo decir que es una figura muy importante del mundo deportivo.

Ahora mencionaré, un protagonista en la parte musical el señor, ya difunto, Atilio Rondón, Nativo de Mariguitar, de la Población de Caigua, Municipio Bolívar del Estado Sucre.
Este personaje fue unos de los que lucharon por el arraigo de la música popular del pueblo, escribiendo, componiendo y cantando músicas regionales alusivas a nuestro entorno geográfico, que con tanto entusiasmo incursionó en uno de los libros escritos con el autor y profesor Jesús Arquímedes Román en el tema " hablemos de Mariguitar", plasmando en el toda la historia de vida del pueblo mencionado en sus momentos vividos.

Experiencia con el cultor popular

Un recuerdo de este personaje es mi participación como compañero de estudio en la universidad UNESR en el año 2008, el cuál en aquellos momentos me tocó vivir experiencias de actividades culturales, celebraciones, cantos de fechas culturales en mi pueblo.

Unos de los temas que me gusta, como canción que mas relaciona este patrimonio cultural es el de "Mi pueblito", donde narra parte de la vivencia de Marigüitar en su historia viva que el incursiona, donde menciona sus calles, sus casa de tejas y barro, sus playas, sus ríos, plazas, montañas, fiestas y anécdotas.

Para finalizar en mi escrito alusivo a este tema especial, como historia local, es dedicado a estos 2 personajes, porque dieron parte de su vida, marcando un precedente en la cultura y el deporte, que como en un pequeño y lindo, pero gran pueblo lleno de valiosos hombres y mujeres maravillosos en sus trajinar, forman parte de la idiosincrasia y fomentaron sus potencialidades en el tiempo, reflejándolos con su accionar de amor y alegrías por nuestro querido pueblo.

MARIGUITAR: Town of talented children

From a part of the east of the country, near the capital of the State of Sucre, Cumaná, about 12 km away, within the banks of the Gulf of Cariaco, with beautiful beaches and rivers with a population of approximately 30,000 inhabitants, there is a warm, friendly, enterprising town of indigenous descent, of fishermen, farmers, tourists, popular culture, sportsmen, professionals, dancers, musical and dance groups, and others.

An Inspiration for what is ours

I begin to write about this subject, because it inspires me in the great amount of personalities that I know, which develop in their different areas of life. These subjects develop the identity of a people and characterize it by their talents, triumphs, cultures and religions, in which I will talk about some of them.

In this locality they grow corn, yucca, auyama, beans, yams, cambur, chilies, topocho, coconuts, lemons, mangos, medlars, pomarrosa and others. It is one of the foods that are sold and consumed at harvest time.

The typical dish that we like the most is the corocoro sancocho, fried fish with salads and white rice, mixed rice of squids.

Sustainable means and sources of work.

This terroir has 2 factories that process sea products, canning of pepitonas, sardines and tuna. These companies are: Alimentos Polar and Coorporación 3C, where they promote a registration of almost 1000 local workers who help develop part of the family economy, municipal, regional and national.

Birth of great heroes

This little piece of land has given birth to valuable people, whom I admire, but today I will focus on talking about two of them, because of their dedication, devotion and stronghold in the municipality.

One of them is: Juan Francisco Monasterio, sportsman born in a community called Petare, Municipality of Bolivar in the State of Sucre, inhabitants of African descent.
This athlete, was a professional of the Venezuelan baseball of the 70s, obtaining a title of batting in the league of that season, with the sharks of the Guaira.
I can say that he is a very important figure in the sports world.

Now I will mention, a protagonist in the musical part, Mr., now deceased, Atilio Rondón, Native of Mariguitar, of the Population of Caigua, Municipality Bolivar of Sucre State.
This character was one of those who fought for the rooting of the popular music of the town, writing, composing and singing regional music allusive to our geographical environment, which with so much enthusiasm entered one of the books written with the author and professor Jesus Archimedes Roman in the theme "Let's talk about Mariguitar", capturing in the whole history of life of the town mentioned in his moments lived.

Experience with the popular cultur

A memory of this character is my participation as a fellow student at the university UNESR in 2008, which at that time I had to live experiences of cultural activities, celebrations, songs of cultural dates in my village.

One of the themes that I like, as a song that relates more to this cultural heritage is "Mi pueblito", where he tells part of the experience of Marigüitar in its living history that he raids, where he mentions its streets, its houses of tiles and mud, its beaches, its rivers, squares, mountains, festivals and anecdotes.

To finish in my writing alluding to this special topic, as local history, it is dedicated to these 2 characters, because they gave part of their life, marking a precedent in culture and sport, which as in a small and beautiful, but great town full of valuable men and wonderful women in their journeys, are part of the idiosyncrasy and promoted their potential in time, reflecting them with their action of love and joy for our beloved people.
