An Opportunity to Reply (Freewrite Challenge)
So many issues nowadays, and even the local entertainment industry seems like a circus. There goes celebrities trying to be the talk of the town, making political statements as if they matter, and the recent one is the statement of a lead singer of a 1990s popular band.
Eraserheads is one of the most popular band here in our country, and was considered as The Beatles of the Philippines. Its lead singer recently stated on his interview that he never became friends with his bandmates, and their relationship is purely professional. Of course, there are some bands that might oppose each other though it's rare for fans that becoming friends is not possible.
I think it can happen because there are so many bands which disbanded for some reasons, including misunderstanding with bandmates. One of his bandmates found an opportunity to reply, and he stated they became friends but not that close. At least it shows this bandmate has a better personality
