ENERGY REFILL CONTEST - Round 16 'The best way to predict the future is to invent it'

Hi Everyone. I am elated to participate in the energy refill contest. Thanks to @tripode for the wonderful contest. The quote from Alan kay for the Round 16 really drew my attention to participate. I missed the round 15 contest. "The best way to predict the future is to invent it". For me this really means that what you feel or think should be in the future starts with what you do today. the case study that prompted Alan kay to make this quote is a very spectacular one and of course we have seen his achievement. He thought of what could happen in the future and he had to starts somewhere to work on it.
It's quite unfortunate that some people do not even think about the future at all, what is in their mind is now and this will only lead them to limited possibilities but, in a situation whereby you envisage the future definitely you will have limitless opportunities that will lead you to having boundless result.
Some people have plans in mind but have not put them into action and this will still leave them in the same spot and if not realized on time days will pass by and years will be wasted. This will make tomorrow look like today. some people at the end of the day put blames on others that their future is like this or like that because of Mr. A.

Permit me to sight an instance in what is happening in my community. We have different categories of youths in my community, those that will wait for the government to come to their aid before they will engage in any work (let me summarize by saying that they wait for manner to fall from above) also we have those that will go out in the morning to look for what they can do to make their future better.

My sister had in mine to become a great fashion designer, one to be reckoned with. First, she had to make enquires on how to go about it which she got positive results. She asked a couple of friends who were already in that line of business. She started a class on it and even had to watch some videos on YouTube. Today, even though she is not perfect but she is not where she was before she started making enquires. Now she has a place of her own though we are still working on the name as she has already made her submissions for approval.
