Chicken Pulao Ingredients

Chicken -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 500 gram
Yogurt ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/2 Cup
Rice -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Cups
Tomato --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1
Green Chilli --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4
Cooking Oil --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5 tsp
Salt --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Tbsp
Mixed Whole Spices ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Tbsp
Onion ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 Large
Ginger & Garlic Paste -------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------1 Tbsp

Method

• Fry onion in oil and add whole spices
• Add chicken and fry it for five minutes
• Add tomato, green chilli, and salt
• Add yogurt and cook it for ten minutes

• Add four cups water and boil it for five minutes
• Now add soaked rice and cumin seeds to it
• Cover it for five minutes
• Put it on dum for 15 minutes
