[ENG-ESP] "Hive Creative Contest" Orange pudding! / Budin de naranjas!

Hi all! welcome to my entry to the Hive Creative Contest created by @zord189 and that this time has the support of @foodiesunite!
This week's theme is "orange" and the truth is that it comes in handy because I was craving something sweet! so I took advantage of the beautiful afternoon that we have here in Buenos Aires to make my orange pudding recipe :)

Hola a todos! bienvenidos a mi entrada al Hive Creative Contest creado por @zord189 y que ésta vez tiene el apoyo de @foodiesunite! El tema de ésta semana es "naranja" y la verdad que me viene super bien porque me encontraba antojada de algo dulce! asi que aproveché la tarde hermosa que tenemos aquí en buenos aires para hacer mi receta de budin de naranjas :)

To make this pudding we will need:

-1 cup of oil
-1 tablespoon of baking powder
-2 cups flour
-2 cups of sugar
-2 eggs
-2 oranges

Para hacer éste budin necesitaremos:

-1 taza de aceite
-1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
-2 tazas de harina
-2 tazas de azucar
-2 huevos
-2 naranjas

Mainly we will remove the skin from only one of the oranges, and then we will cut them into pieces to remove the seeds.

Principalmente le quitaremos la piel solo a una de las naranjas, y luego las cortaremos en trozos para quitarles las semillas.

In a blender we will put the oranges, eggs, sugar and oil. The orange must be well integrated (a couple of slightly larger pieces are good for me)
En una licuadora pondremos las naranjas, los huevos, azucar y aceite. Debe integrarse bien la naranja (a mi gusto le quedan bien un par de trozos un poco mas grandes)

Outside of the blender we add the flour and the baking powder

Fuera de la licuadora integramos el harina y el polvo para hornear

We place the mixture in its mold of preference, previously floured and buttered. We take to bake for approximately 40 minutes.

Colocamos la mezcla en su molde de preferencia, previamente enharinado y enmantecado. Llevamos a hornear por aproximadamente 40 minutos.
IMG20210203WA0016.jpg It is a moister preparation than a traditional sponge cake, therefore I recommend letting it cool very well inside the mold to avoid destroying it in the attempt. And that's it!
Es una preparacion mas humeda que un bizcochuelo tradicional por ende recomiendo dejar enfriar muy bien dentro del molde para evitar destrozarlo en el intento. Y eso es todo!

Wow!!! It looks really good and spongy. You make me crave for cake, I will look for a sponge cake tomorrow :)
