Al escuchar la palabra Cásate! de inmediato imaginamos una pareja, una historia de amor, una boda, y todo lo relacionado a un matrimonio. Pero en esta oportunidad, quiero usar esa expresión para contarte como reaccionamos a veces, ante una situación.

Hearing the word Marry! we immediately imagine a couple, a love story, a wedding, and everything related to a marriage. But this time, I want to use that expression to tell you how we sometimes react, to a situation

Cada minuto del día, en el mundo entero, suceden situaciones: agradables, dolorosas, preocupantes, nacen, fallecen; por mencionarte algunas vivencias. Ante cada situación, tenemos la libertad de reaccionar como queremos. Vivir la experiencia que se nos presenta, sentir la emoción, exigir una explicación o asumirla en silencio; cada cual lo hace como quiere, de acuerdo a su personalidad. Pero en algún instante, debemos preguntarnos ¿Por qué y para qué llega esa situación a nuestra vida?.

Every minute of the day, all over the world, situations happen: pleasant, painful, worrying, they are born, they die; for mentioning some experiences. In every situation, we have the freedom to react as we want. Live the experience that is presented to us, feel the emotion, demand an explanation or assume it in silence; each one does it as they want, according to their personality. But at some point, we must ask ourselves why and why does this situation come into our lives?

Personalmente opino, que cada situación llega porque la atraes, la piensas, te la imaginas, le inyectas de tu emoción, y cargas ese pensamiento con tu maravillosa energía. Cuando menos te lo imaginas, te la encuentras de frente, y todavía te preguntas ¿porque siempre me pasa eso? O te imaginas que eres adivino y dices ¿Yo sabía que me iba a pasar eso?. Tus temores vienen a mostrarse.

Personally, I think that every situation comes because you attract it, you think about it, you imagine it, you inject it with your emotion, and you charge that thought with your wonderful energy. When you least imagine it, you find it head-on, and you still wonder why does that always happen to me? Or do you imagine that you are a fortune-teller and say, Did I know that that would happen to me? Your fears come to show.

Debemos comprender que somos seres individuales pertenecientes a un todo, que cada quien vive una situación mejor, igual o peor que la nuestra en cada rincón del mundo!. El mundo no gira sólo a tu entorno; Sé de los que suma!!

We must understand that we are individual beings belonging to a whole, that each one lives a better, equal or worse situation than ours in every corner of the world! The world doesn't just revolve around you; I know of those that add up!!

Si estás agobiado por lo que sucede y ves a tu alrededor; levanta la mirada y observa; si aún no ves nada! usa tus otros sentidos; huele, toca, oye , Amplía tu foco. Disfruta de lo simple y Agradece!

If you are overwhelmed by what is happening and you see around you; look up and see; if you still don't see anything! use your other senses; smell, touch, hey , broaden your focus. Enjoy the simplicity and Thanks!

Ante una situación inesperada; está bien sorprenderse, desestabilizarse, y expresar las emociones. Lo que nos hace bajar nuestra maravillosa vibración, es quedarnos allí! Anclados!, porque nos aferramos tanto, tanto a la queja, dolor, rabia, resentimiento, depresión, a la famosa pregunta; ¿Por qué a mí? por mencionarte algunas reacciones; y parece que hacemos un lazo matrimonial invencible!.

Faced with an unexpected situation; it's okay to be surprised, unsettled, and express emotions. What makes us lower our wonderful vibration, is to stay there! Anchored !, because we cling so much, so much to the complaint, pain, anger, resentment, depression, to the famous question; Why me? for mentioning some reactions to you; and it seems that we make an invincible marriage bond!.

Sí así es, un lazo matrimonial, te casas con esa situación; la comentas, la vives, la sufres, la esparces entre todos tus conocidos, y la asumes como única, creada para ti!. Eso que vives, sólo salió de tus pensamientos y temores.

Yes it is, a marital bond, you marry that situation; You comment on it, you live it, you suffer it, you spread it among all your acquaintances, and you assume it as the only one created for you. That which you live, only came out of your thoughts and fears.

No lo asumas como un problema. Llámalo contraste!. Sí!, contrasta lo bueno que tenías, con lo que te está sucediendo. Agradece las cosas hermosas que has logrado sentir y vivir. Contrasta y equilibra lo que quieres, lo que éstas viviendo; con lo que realmente crees que te corresponde.

Do not take it as a problem. Call it contrast! Yes! Contrast the good you had, with what is happening to you. Be grateful for the beautiful things that you have managed to feel and live. Contrast and balance what you want, what you are living; with what you really think corresponds to you.
