I have always loved sports and now that I have taken up exercising and keeping in shape, I could not turn down an invitation to play basketball and have a good time with incredible people, generating memories and moments like this is one of the most important things, those moments of laughter and enjoyment lift your spirits immediately.

El deporte siempre me ha gustado y ahora que retome hacer ejercicio y mantenerme en forma, no podía rechazar una invitación a jugar basquet y de pasar un rato agradable con personas increíbles, generar recuerdos y momentos así es una de las cosas mas importantes, esos momentos de risa y disfrute te levantan el animo de inmediato.

Without planning it too much we had a very good basketball game, the sun was shining but we still went to the court and I really wanted to win !!!!. Also because of the pandemic we had a long time without playing and having such a nice time, but we were able to do it with all the necessary security measures.

Sin planearlo mucho se dio un partido muy bueno de basquet, estaba haciendo un sol intenso pero aun así fuimos a la cancha y yo tenia muchas ganas de ganar!!!! Además por motivos de la pandemia teníamos mucho tiempo sin jugar y pasar un rato así de agradable, pero lo pudimos hacer con todas las medidas de seguridad necesarias.

The idea was that one player would throw the ball trying to make a basket, if he missed, the other player must look for the ball in the place where it falls and so on, until one of them makes a basket, then he can make a shot again after the point where my friend is throwing the ball. On the left of the photo is José and the one throwing the ball is Miguel.

La idea era que un jugador lanzara el balón intentando encestarlo, si fallaba el otro jugador debe buscar el balón en el sitio donde este cae y así sucesivamente, hasta que alguno logre encestar entonces podrá volver a hacer un tiro después el punto donde se ve mi amigo lanzando el balón. A la izquierda de la foto esta José y quien esta lanzando el balón es Miguel.

I like this photo very much, and although I look very small in that court hahahaha I made several baskets from that point and even won a game which made me feel very good and I wanted to repeat the activity.

Esta foto me gusta mucho, y aunque me vea muy pequeña en esa cancha jajajaja enceste varias desde ese punto incluso gane una partida lo que me hizo sentir muy bien y con ganas de repetir la actividad.

THE PLAYERS! / ¡LOS JUGADORES!

Very sweaty and tired but we managed to do the exercise of the day, laugh, burn calories and above all share a pleasant time.

Muy sudados y cansados pero logramos hacer el ejercicio del día, reírnos, quemar calorías y sobre todo compartir un rato agradable.

And to close with a flourish, a delicious fruit salad that Jose's mom had prepared for us to recover energy and finish the exercise with a full belly hahahaha it was very delicious and was an excellent finishing touch to the day.

y para cerrar con broche de oro, una rica ensalada de frutas que la mamá de José nos tenia preparada para recuperar energía y terminar el ejercicio con la barriga llena jajajaja estaba muy deliciosa y fue un excelente broche de oro del día.
