Yam porridge garnished with dried fish and vegetables for breakfast.

Very early this morning my little brothers came into my room suggested we had yam porridge for breakfast as its been a while we ate it. They were like, they want to eat early this morning. Fortunately there are still some pieces of yam left at home (because yam is not scarce). And they always love my porridge so I was excited to make it.
INGREDIENTS USED
- Yam
- Dried fish
- Vegetables
- Curry
- Thyme
- Seasonings
- Salt
- Palm oil
- Sauce
PROCESS
- I cut the yam into small pieces and rinse with clean water and salt to remove its starch.
- I poured the yam inside a clean pot.
- I added dried fish that have been rinsed and bones removed.
- I added seasoning.
- I added salt.
- I added curry and thyme.
- I added water and clean vegetables that I've cut into small pieces. Then I put it on the gas.
- Finally, I added little sauce and palm oil.
- Then I covered the pit and allowed it to cook on average heat.
SERVED FOOD.
