My grandma a source of inspiration even at an old age.
Hello everyone,
In this post, I'll be talking a little about my grandmother. She is a retired nurse and she's 85years old presently. She raised me right from little and I've known her all my life. One thing I could say confidently about her is the fact that she's hardworking. Over the years as she's growing older I do wonder if old age will prevent her from doing all these work she does and she keeps proving me wrong.
Most days when I wake up feeling so lazy and I see her, I pick myself up telling myself "If this old woman can still work, you have no excuse".
She has been the main person taking care of our garden even when the goats made it a difficult one to keep, she never gave up. She kept replanting and thankfully the fence and barricades have kept the goats out and the garden is blooming.
She had make it her duty every morning to tend the gardens and keep it wet. She also process yam flour from yam as you can see it spread on a big bako bag on the floor. As she was working I just had to go there and admire her a little and help in the ways I could. She has remain my source of inspiration and I'm grateful from having her.
Congrats for sharing inspiration!
Keep up the great work!
