HOW I MADE A NEW BAG DESIGN USING A WINE SYNTHETIC SKIN LEATHER.

Good morning everyone,

I wanna share with us my new bag design. Its a bit similar to the one I posted yesterday but I created a different flap and I used a different leather. The design I made yesterday was lovely so I wanted to explore more with the design but I created a different flap. Since I've made the pattern already, no need to create a new one. The only thing I created in the pattern was the flap. So when I marked the rest of the body on the leatherboard, instead of using the older flap I used the new one I created.

MATERIALS USED

• Leather-board
• Leather of choice
• D rings
• Bottom pins
• Suade lining
• Gum
• Strong super glue

PROCESS

• Here I created the pattern for the bag and I marked it on the Leather-board and cut it out. I also cut it out on the leather of choice and I cut the lining. Then I gummed the leatherboard with the leather. Next I gummed the short handle with the main body of the bag.

• Next I gummed the suade lining with the bag and fixed the magnet. I also did the same for the sides. Finally, I stitched the sides with the main body of the bag and I stiched the rope and fixed the adjuster and bag anchor.
