[ENG][ESP] Delicious lunch for my girlfriend // Delicioso almuerzo para mi novia

     Hello to all the Gems community, today I am going to tell you about a delicious lunch that I prepared for my girlfriend yesterday.

     Hola a toda la comunidad de Gems, hoy les vengo a hablar sobre un rico que almuerzo que le preparé a mi novia el día de ayer.

     I have been telling her for a long time that I want to spoil her by cooking something tasty for her, I don't cook much, so I practically don't know how to do it, and I am always willing to learn as much as I can, so I wanted to take advantage of the fact that I was visiting her house for the weekend to do it.

     Desde hace tiempo le vengo diciendo que quiero consentirla cocinando algo sabroso para ella, no cocino mucho, así que prácticamente no lo sé hacer, y siempre estoy dispuesto a aprender todo lo que se pueda, así que quise aprovechar que estaba de visita en su casa el fin de hombre para hacerlo.

     At about 2 PM I got down to work, the menu for the day would be a delicious pasta with ground beef and baked plantain on the side. The first thing I did was to cut all the ingredients, tomato, onion, garlic, chili, paprika, zucchini and some seasoning.

     A eso de las 2 PM me puse manos a la obra, el menú del día sería una rica pasta con carne molida con plátano horneado de acompañamiento. Lo primero que hice fue cortar todos los ingredientes, tomate, cebolla, ajo, ají, pimentón, calabacín y un poco de aliños.

     Then I started to sauté the garlic in a pot with a little bit of oil along with the seasonings. Then I added the ground beef and then I added all the other ingredients that I had chopped, I waited for it to cook for a while over medium heat and then I added some seasonings.

     Luego comencé a sofreír en un caldero con un poquito de aceite el ajo junto con los aliños. Después le agregué la carne molida y luego fui agregando todos los lo demás ingredientes que había picado, esperé que se cocinara un rato a fuego medio y luego le añadí algunos condimentos.

     At the same time I took the opportunity to boil the water for the pasta and put the plantains in the air fryer. While everything was cooking I was talking to my beautiful girlfriend, I definitely love spending time with her, besides, she was directing me, since I am not very skilled in the kitchen.

     Al mismo tiempo aproveché para poner a hervir el agua para la pasta además de poner a hacer los plátanos en la freidora de aire. Mientras todo se iba cocinando hablaba con mi hermosa novia, definitivamente me encanta pasar tiempo a su lado, además, ella me iba dirigiendo, ya que no soy muy experto en la cocina.

     She finished touching up the ground beef by adding tomato sauce and more garlic. The plantain was ready so it was time to eat this delicious lunch prepared by me for my beautiful love, so I started serving to sit down for lunch, my girlfriend was delighted with the final result.

     Ella le término de dar el toque a la carne molida agregándole salsa de tomate y más ajo. El plátano ya estaba listo así que era hora de comer este rico almuerzo preparado por mi persona para mi amor bonito, así que comencé a servir para sentarnos a almorzar, mi novia quedo encantada con el resultado final.

     As I said several times, I am far from being an expert in the kitchen, I still have a lot to learn, but no challenge is big enough for me when it comes to surprise or make a nice detail to my beautiful girlfriend, she deserves everything, and I am willing to do my best to give it to her.

     Como lo dije varias veces, no soy ni mucho menos un experto en la cocina, me falta muchísimo por aprender, pero ningún reto es suficientemente grande para mí cuando se trata de sorprender o hacerle un lindo detalle a mi novia preciosa, ella se merece todo, y yo estoy dispuesto a esforzarme al máximo para dárselo.
