Hey! How are you? I brought a new proposal. Hope you like!
THE FIRST THING I WILL TELL YOU , is that the style I used for this character can be located as "Flat Design". It consists of simple 2D drawings based on geometric figures found in Adobe Ilustrator.
Having explained this, let's move on to the good: my process 😍
THE SKETCH:
Well, as you can see, it was a simple drawing with quick strokes. He had the idea and wanted to translate it as fast as he could so as not to lose it. In this case I imagine a Flat version of death.
Or what we visually know as death haha
It was very simple, and in turn I added some gems and a crown as an outfit to give it more color or contrast the character's dark blue color with a yellow one.
Then I went on to digitize my idea in Adobe illustrator!
I started to capture basic shapes: circles, triangles, rectangles ...
... and then I was shaping it, joining and turning some to achieve the effect I wanted.
If you are interested in this style, you should know that you must at least handle and master the Basic-Intermediate level Pathfinder. It is essential here to create these types of characters.
After that, I started to form the body to see more shapes within it.
At first, this character would be enveloped in RED fire, but I decided to get away from the basics and paint it in turquoise and shades close to it. Although it has a certain resemblance to water ...
I suppose it saved the background and the context in which it is drawn. With the end result it tends to look more like a ghost than a death engulfed in turquoise fire.
But you learn from mistakes. However ... I really loved how it turned out 😍
PD: Did you see the little crown of the Ice King from adventure time?
And now yes, after so much painting, you make shapes with circles and rectangles ... I finished it!
THE FINAL RESULT!
NAME: Le Morte.
PROGRAM: Adobe Ilustrator.
TIME: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
From now on more designs will come with this same style , since I liked the result, I will try to master this art.

Te mintieron, el fuego del infierno no es caliente, es frío... tan frío que quema 💥
¡Hey! ¿Qué tal están? Como sabes, ya me volví adicto al concurso de arte "splinterlands" y traje una nueva propuesta. ¡Espero que les guste!
LO PRIMERO QUE LES DIRÉ, es que el estilo que utilicé para este personaje los pueden ubicar como "Flat Design". consiste en dibujo 2D, simples, a bases de figuras geométricas encontradas en Adobe Ilustrator.
Una vez explicado esto, pasemos a lo bueno: mi proceso 😍
EL BOCETO
Pues como ven, fue un simple dibujo con trazos rápidos. Tenía la idea y quería plasmarla lo más rápido que podía para no perderla. En este caso me imagino una version Flat de la muerte.
O lo que conocemos visualmente como la muerte jaja
Fue algo muy simple, y a su vez agregué unas gemas y corona como atuendo para darle más color o contrastar el color azul oscuro del personaje con uno amarillo.
¡Luego pasé a digitalizar mi idea en Adobe ilustrator!
Comencé a plasmar formas básicas: circulos, triangulos, rectangulos...
... y luego fuí dandole forma, uniendo y volteando algunos para lograr el efecto que quería.
Si te interesa este estilo debes saber que por lo menos debes manejar y dominar el Buscatrazos nivel básico-intermedio. Es lo fundamental aquí para crear este tipo de personajes.
Luego de ello, pasé a formar el cuerpo para ir viendo más formas dentro de este.
Al principio, este personaje iría envuelto en fuego de color ROJO, pero decidí alejarme de lo básico y pintarlo de color turquesa y tonalidades cercanas a este. Aunque tiene un cierto parecido al agua...
Supongo que me salvó el fondo y el contexto en que está dibujado. Con el resultado final tiende a parecer más un fantasma que a una muerte envuelta en fuego turquesa.
Pero de los errores se aprende. Sin embargo... me encantó muchísimo como quedó 😍
PD: ¿vieron la coronita del Rey Helado de hora de aventuras?
Y ahora sí, después de tanto pintar, formas figuras con círculos y rectángulos... ¡lo terminé!

DURACIÓN: 1 hora y 30 minutos.
De ahora en adelante vendrán más diseños con este mismo estilo, ya que me gustó el resultado, trataré de dominar este arte.
