Segundo almuerzo d semana santa || Second Easter lunch
Bienvenidos queridos lectores, volvemos a hablar de comida en esta ocasión, celebrando las pascuas o la semana Santa, para el almuerzo, mi mama varió un poco la forma sin cambiar tanto al protagonista principal, ya saben de cual habló, esta vez, acompañe las fotos mías con mi mama y tío comiendo en la mesa, agregándole también unas cuantas diferencias como mencioné, entre ellas una de autentica insignia venezolana, que nunca falta aquí en el día a día. Para este segundo día, mama trato de hacer una equitativa repartición del pescado y sus piezas, pero termino siendo un número impar aunque igualmente, no es que la molestara mucho a ella, que no come tanto, decidió en preferencia optar mas por la ensalada, que estaba muy buena, a pesar de ser cocida.
For this second day, mom tried to make an equitable distribution of the fish and its pieces, but it ended up being an odd number, not that it bothered her much, since she doesn't eat that much, so she decided to opt for the salad, which was very good, even though it was cooked.
En lo personal prefiero mucho mas las ensaladas que son hechas al natural, es decir, como las zanahorias que no necesitan ser cocidas y como otros vegetales, pero bueno, esta estaba deliciosa así como la ven, mi mama tuvo un pequeño momento de nostalgia diciéndome que siempre se acordaba de mi abuela cuando preparaba esta ensalada, pues a ella se la solía servir mucho cuando era mas pequeña, es curioso como los platos de comida los relacionamos con personas, recuerdos y fechas.
Personally I much prefer salads that are made in their natural state, that is, like carrots that don't need to be cooked and like other vegetables, but well, this one was delicious just as you see it, my mom had a little moment of nostalgia telling me that she always remembered my grandmother when she prepared this salad, because she used to serve it a lot when she was younger, it's funny how food dishes are related to people, memories and dates.
No terminas conversando mucho, cada quien su plato y concentrados en no tragarse por accidente alguna espina, creo que eso seria lo único que verdad no me gusta de los alimentos marinos, tener que roerlos y con sumo cuidado masticar muy bien de manera que haya riesgo, no todos los pescados son así claro, pero es incomodo, incluso si esta frito, quien se quedó observándonos desde la lejanía fue Ricky, el gato que paseo por acá y que considero la mascota de la casa, mi tío le guardo un poco de su plato y se dispuso a entregárselos, en general, tuvimos un muy almuerzo para un segundo día, mas peculiar que el anterior.
I think that would be the only thing I really don't like about seafood, having to gnaw on it and carefully chew it very well so that there is a risk, not all fish are like that of course, but it is uncomfortable, even if it is fried, Who was watching us from afar was Ricky, the cat that walked around here and that I consider the mascot of the house, my uncle kept a little of his plate and was ready to give it to him, in general, we had a very good lunch for a second day, more peculiar than the previous one.
No recordaba que la semana se acaba en los días del domingo, seguramente también se me vaya a olvidar el año que viene, sin embargo, creo que entre todo, lo más bonito es conservar la buena relación en familia, tratar de comentarla, de recuperar si se ha perdido y si se desea hacerlo, pero si en dado caso no es ese tu caso, te diría entonces que te dediques estos días para ti y los que consideres tus amigos mas cercanos, a fin de cuentas, los amigos, también llegan a convertirse en familia ❤
I did not remember that the week ends on Sunday days, surely I will also forget next year, however, I think that among all, the most beautiful thing is to preserve the good relationship in family, try to comment on it, to recover if it has been lost and if you want to do it, but if in any case that is not your case, I would say then that you dedicate these days for you and those you consider your closest friends, after all, friends, also become family ❤.
