¡Hola Hivers!

Introducción

Me he animado a escribir un poco después de estar parcialmente inactiva por razones laborales, viajes y últimamente por prestar un poco de atención a mi salud. Mi participación en iniciativas es escasa, las veces que he elaborado algún contenido con este propósito no ha contado con la suficiente calidad para recibir una recompensa moderada o han caído a merced de los votos automáticos con su aroma repelente a ballenas con jugoso maná. 🤣

Gracias amigo @bluemist por esta ocurrente iniciativa titulada estado de derecho en Hive, estoy segura de que la expresión social de la comunidad lanzará luces de alta, mediana y hasta baja intensidad respecto al criterio que cada autor tiene sobre la valoración de su contenido y qué opinión tiene sobre el actual sistema de curación en las publicaciones.

Estado de Derecho al voto en Hive

El derecho de acceso social al voto en Hive es una realidad, pues cada autor tiene derecho de publicar su contenido a través de la comunidad de su interés o aquella que considere conveniente para recibir retribución económica mediante el proceso de curación. Sin embargo, no existe una tutela del voto efectiva, es decir la garantía que su publicación vaya a recibir una compensación digna que se corresponda con las horas de intelecto y creatividad invertidas.

Una de las cosas que se describen en el apartado de preguntas y respuestas de la Blockchain Hive es que se trata de un sitio diferente a las tradicionales redes sociales, porque aquí el usuario puede recibir gratificación económica al publicar, comentar o votar por contenidos de su interés. También, señala que no es un sitio donde las ganancias te harán millonario de la noche a la mañana. Es conocido que pocos usuarios gozan de cierta popularidad y sus contribuciones son bien recompensadas por seguidores y cuentas con amplio poder de voto; por las razones que sea, tienen este agradable mérito.

No obstante, iniciar en Hive con el sueño de alcanzar en corto o mediano plazo un privilegio similar, es lanzarse por el abismo de la frustración. Es mejor ajustarse a la realidad del sistema, crecimiento progresivo de acuerdo al desempeño propio y ayuda de fuerzas aliadas. Hay recomendaciones generales para iniciar y recorrer el emocionante camino de bloguear, una de las normas más redundantes es la originalidad y calidad.

La originalidad está bien identificada, puede entenderse como aquella contribución documental, artística y creativa donde el autor aporta 100% de su ingenio, no enriquece su contexto con ideas ajenas, se caracteriza por crear contenido inédito que comparte con la comunidad Hive e internautas en general. Respecto a la calidad, es algo más sensible a la cualidad subjetiva; puede depender del gusto, identidad con el contexto u objeto, afinidad de estilo o criterios más rigurosos, como el caso de contenidos artísticos, científicos, tecnológicos, entre otros que, pasan por la evaluación de curadores con afinidad en la especialidad o sólidos conocimientos empíricos que le permiten hacer una mejor apreciación.

Es bueno dejar claro que una publicación puede cumplir con ambos aspectos de fondo y otros de forma, pero no tiene garantizado un voto positivo con retribución económica decente, porque no hay obligación por parte del curador ni usuarios de cuentas grandes en otorgar el voto positivo. Cuando registras tu cuenta e inicias tu aventura en Hive, nadie firma un pacto contigo con el propósito de adoptarte y llevarte a la cúspide de esta elevada y emocionante montaña Blockchain.

Consideraciones

• Estructura tus ideas en un contexto con estilo propio, el cual irá dando forma a tu marca personal.
• Otorga valor a tu identidad, no copies el estilo de otros autores; saca el ingenio creativo que tienes dentro.
• Publica con frecuencia siempre y cuando tengas una contribución sustancial que ofrecer a la comunidad, esto es lo que hacen llamar contenidos de calidad.
• Al final de tu publicación deja una despedida sencilla y afectuosa.
• No pidas votos, si has hecho un post sustancial no vayas a enlodarlo con un acto de mendicidad; si los curadores revisan tu publicación y no ha sido infectada por votos automáticos que la hayan llevado a más de $1, habrá valido la pena tu esfuerzo y dedicación.
• Selecciona imágenes con buena resolución y edítalas en proporciones adecuadas para su visibilidad, te sugiero 960x720 para orientación horizontal y 600x720 en sentido vertical. Si usas imágenes no propias, asegúrate que tengan licencia Creative Commons o sean de Dominio Público, concede el respectivo crédito a su autor. En la web puedes encontrar varios bancos de imágenes donde descargarlas para tus publicaciones.
• Comenta publicaciones de tu interés y deja un mensaje motivador a su autor. Utiliza la comunicación asertiva en vez de la destructiva u ofensiva.
• Responde siempre todos los comentarios que dejen en tus publicaciones. La comunicación escrita es similar a la oral, así que no dejes a los demás en letra muerta.
• Agradece por los votos recibidos, no importa que tu publicación no tenga comentarios, puedes hacerlo de manera oral mientras revisas tu publicación. La gratitud es un principio hermoso y muy poderoso que debemos practicar a diario.

I have been encouraged to write a little after being partially inactive for work, travel and lately for paying a little attention to my health. My participation in initiatives is scarce, the times I have elaborated some content with this purpose have not been of sufficient quality to receive a moderate reward or have fallen at the mercy of automatic votes with their whale-repellent aroma with juicy manna. 🤣

Thanks friend @bluemist for this witty initiative entitled rule of law in Hive, I am sure that the social expression of the community will throw lights of high, medium and even low intensity with respect to the criterion that each author has on the assessment of its content and what opinion it has on the current system of healing in the publications.

State of the Right to Vote in Hive

The right of social access to vote in Hive is a reality, since each author has the right to publish his or her content through the community of his or her interest or that which he or she considers convenient to receive economic retribution through the healing process. It is good to make it clear that a publication can comply with both aspects of substance and others of form, but it is not guaranteed a positive vote with decent economic retribution, because there is no obligation on the part of the curator or users of large accounts to grant the positive vote. When you register your account and start your adventure in Hive, nobody signs a pact with you with the purpose of adopting you and taking you to the top of this high and exciting mountain Blockchain.

Considerations

• Structure your ideas in a context with your own style, which will shape your personal brand.
• Give value to your identity, do not copy the style of other authors; bring out the creative genius within you.
• Publish frequently as long as you have a substantial contribution to offer the community, this is what they call quality content.
• At the end of your publication leave a simple and affectionate goodbye.
• Don't ask for votes, if you've made a substantial post don't go muddying it with an act of begging; if the curators review your post and it hasn't been infected by automatic votes that have brought it over $1, it will have been worth your effort and dedication.
• Select images with good resolution and edit them in adequate proportions for their visibility. I suggest 960x720 for horizontal orientation and 600x720 for vertical. If you use images that are not your own, make sure they are licensed under a Creative Commons or Public Domain license and give the respective credit to their author. On the web you can find several image banks where you can download them for your publications.
• Comment on publications of your interest and leave a motivating message to their author. Use assertive communication instead of destructive or offensive.
• Always answer all the comments left in your publications. Written communication is similar to oral communication, so don't leave others with dead letters.
• Be thankful for the votes you receive. It doesn't matter if your post has no comments, you can make them orally while you are reviewing your post. Gratitude is a beautiful and very powerful principle that we should practice every day.
