Hamster On A Log (Ink Drawing)

Hello Everyone. I hope you're all doing great.
I made this drawing of an hamster standing on a log of wood. Besides the fact that I made this drawing because of the cuteness of the hamster, I also made the drawing to practice drawing of furs and paying attention to detail in little animals.

I used a black ball point pen and pelican paper for this drawing.
Here are the steps involved;

First, I drew the outline of the hamster standing of the log of wood and added all it's facial features. I also drew the flow of fur in this stage to guide me when drawing the furs.

Next, I shaded and added tones to the hamster's body and added some details of fur to it's skin.

Finally, I shaded the log of wood and drew some grasses around it until I got a satisfactory result.
