New Chicken, Ayam Gepuk Mak Judes, The Sambal Is Killing It.

Since my mom and dad went to a relative’s house.
They told us to order something as a lunch.

So, i was thinking if getting the fried chicken we used to have.
I love that chicken because the taste of chicken is so clean, and the piece’ size is bigger than chicken in another place.

But, when i try to order them, apparently they’re close for the day.
I honestly dong know the reason why, and its confusing to me how they often randomly close like that.

Anyway, since we need to eat.
And we already have chicken in our mind.
I look for another place to buy.
The thing about chicken are, i am picky with them.
The taste need to be clean.
And, i dont like if there’s blood left on the bone.

Ayam Penyet Mak Gambus.

I decided to order this because i was curious.
I have never tried chicken from Mak Gambus yet.

This is what if looks like.
So, i ordered 3 chicken.
But, i forgot to put the notes to the driver that i want all breast, so they give randomly like this.
1 breast and 2 legs.

The chicken.
The chicken is firm which is how i like my chicken to be.
But the meat is so little even though i already choose the breast one.
I can eat legs because i cant eat the meat that close to the bone.
But even the breast meat is close to the bone, in the end i can only eat so little.

But both my brother said they dont like the taste of the chicken.
They like the one weused to bug more.

And one more thing, the smell of the chicken is so heavenly.

Chili Onion Sambal.

Their onion sambal are so fresh.
Its something that i’ve never taste before eventhough i tried a bunch of onion sambal before.
Its spicy yet fresh.
And between the chicken and the sambal, i will choose the sambal.
I think that the next time i will just itder the sambal from them and buy the chicken from another place.
