Querida comunidad y todos los que la componen 💛, hoy quiero compartir a través de esta iniciativa divertida de @canelarecetas mis canales de youtube favoritos, esos que frecuento o los considero muy buenos por su gran contenido y por ser muy entretenidos, aunque siéndoles sincera suelo usar la plataforma de youtube para buscar y colocar mis músicas favoritas, pero aun así existe uno que otro canal que me llaman la atención por otro contenido.

Esto es uno de los que últimamente veo diario y es que me encantan los programas de este estilo, de competiciones, convivencias pero con la diferencia que este año con todos los problemas de la pandemia era imposible que se realizara de manera normal, pensé que pasaría tiempo sin volver a ver estos programas, pero al igual que todos se tuvieron que reinventar y la manera fue transmitirlo por Internet a través de la plataforma de youtube tomando todas las medidas de bioseguridad para que todo el equipo del programa estuvieran a salvo y a la vez pudiéramos disfrutar todos los fanáticos de ellos al ver nuevamente otra edición de tan increíble programa a mi parecer.

This is one of those that I see daily lately and I love programs of this style, competitions, coexistence but with the difference that this year with all the problems of the pandemic it was impossible to be performed in a normal way, I thought it would take time without seeing these programs again, But like all of them, they had to reinvent themselves and the way was to transmit it on the Internet through the youtube platform taking all the biosecurity measures so that all the program team would be safe and at the same time we could enjoy all the fans of them to see again another edition of such an incredible program in my opinion.

Me gusta mantenerme activa y mas aun en este encierro que en ocasiones no encontramos que hacer en la casa, pero no tenemos ni idea de todas las actividades que se pueden hacer en la comodidad del hogar y uno de ellos es el ejercicio, soy nueva siguiendo este canal pero lo frecuento mucho para organizar mis rutinas de ejercicio junto a mi hija que me acompaña, ya que no puedo ir al gimnasio pues el gimnasio vino a mi 😄.

I like to keep active and even more in this confinement that sometimes we do not find what to do at home, but we have no idea of all the activities that can be done in the comfort of home and one of them is exercise, I'm new following this channel but I frequent it a lot to organize my exercise routines with my daughter who accompanies me, since I can not go to the gym because the gym came to me 😄.

Ya son varios los años siguiendo este canal de bailoterapia y lo que me llamo la atención entre tantos canales de este estilo es que se esfuerzan en hacer sus rutinas de baile muy activas, dinámicas, divertidas y actuales con respecto a la música, me encanta bailar y si a la vez puedo hacer ejercicio pues perfecto, se los recomiendo muchísimo si el bailar les apasiona, pasaran buenos momentos solos o porque no, disfrutando y divirtiéndose en familia, sepas bailar o no igual se pasa un buen rato, lo importante es tener buena actitud.
