ENERGY REFILL CONTEST - Round 16 ~ The best way to predict the future is to invent it

Another opportunity to be part of the energy refill contest once more. Thanks to @tripode for these beautiful contest phase she has given to us once more this week to talk about.

I must confess that this phase this week looks a bit hard but as a writer a closer and deeper look at the phase will give you an edge to what the phase means and how to use it.

The best way to predict the future is to invent it

It is well known that God is the creator of the heaven and the Earth and He alone knows and has the best future for us but that does not mean that God will come down from heaven to come and present our future before us and all we do is walk into.

It is just like a man who needs a job employment and all he does is stay indoor and pray to god asking for job for the 365 days which is a year when he is supposed to go out there and submit his application letter (certificate) while pray to God to give him a better one. I am not saying God cannot favour one but many people misunderstand that phase. In as much as God holds our life, our future is also in our hands and whatever we make out of it, is what we will receive back in the future.

Let's not forget that our minds and thought represent who we are so we create our future in our mind even before we get into our future or even before it blossom. What becomes of us in the future is as a result of our own beliefs, so we create our future with our own mind and belief.

In as much as we have God involved in our life, and in out future, we are an active player of our life event unfolds, so if we are serious and conscious of what we do, what we think, our thought pattern and our mindset we would alwasy expect of a good turn up of our future.

There is a big difference between knowing what you want, or what we will become in the future or perhaps how the future looks like and how much fight we are willing to fight to get them or what we are willing to do or the present comfort we are willing to let go to be able to get the future comfort that as well can help to shape the future for us or what it will look like.

Like I have said, our belief and mindset determines how far we can go or what will become of us in the future. Funny enough, many of us have missed the future or failed because of our mindset and belief about ourselves and our future.

So the phase which says, the best way to predict the future is to invent it means we should learn to slow down once in a while to look back and see how far we've gone, think big, be focused, belief in ourselves and always take action of every thought and ideas that come to us.

Many as well have failed because they never belive in themselves and what comes out of them so their inability to belief in themselves have caused them not to be able to take action in whatever thought that comes to them.

So don't seat down and expect the future to unfold for you all by itself, rise up and take a bold step to be able to get a better future for yourself so to invent our future, start by predicting it in our thought, start by creating it in our mind. That is the best way to predict a better future for ourselves.
