When I planned my trip to Argentina, I did some research about places I would like to go to, and one of the places that got my whole attention when I saw pictures on the internet was the Japanese Garden in Palermo. And this picture was taken in that special and gorgeous place. Isn't it beautiful?

The story behind this photo speaks of the desire I had to visit this beautiful garden located in Palermo, all the greenery and beauty I imagined in this place, multiplied when I had it in front of my eyes.

The Japanese Garden was built in 1967, following a visit from the then Crown Prince of Japan, Akihito, and his wife.

As a curious fact it stands out as the largest Japanese style garden outside of Japan, decorated with traditional elements imported from Japan with components that are more than a century old. It was redesigned in 1977, work that was in charge of the Landscape Engineer Yasuo Inomata taking as a model the Zen Garden. ^Fuente

It was a very beautiful experience to see the Koi fish swimming in the ponds, which by the way are fish related to perseverance since the legend says that the Koi fish that managed to swim upstream and climb the waterfall received the prize of becoming a Dragon.
