My Strategy of Shopping in the lockdown situation

Shopping

Shopping is a very common task that we need to perform in our daily life. Whatever the situation is that doesn't matter about our shopping of daily necessary items. For the survival in this world we need some food. For making food we need vegetables fish meat. That's why most common task of shopping is to buy everyday items related to food. Under the current situation and some sort of lockdown we can't get rid of shopping. I really go to bazaar for shopping when I live in the city area. There are some services and opportunities where we can easily get our products from home through online services. Those services are very much convenient as well. That saves our time and energy. We can easily collect all the materials from one place. But when we go to bazar then we need to move one place to another place and one store to another Store for collecting and picking our suitable items.

My Strategy

I have been staying in the village area from March of this year. So so I can't it get those online services for this days of life more than 3 months. In the village, I have some other family members that's why daily necessary items are much more required. but as you know no the rural people are not so much conscious about the social distance and Corona virus. So it is very much difficult to go to bazar for shopping as there is every chance of being contaminated from others. Many of the people who are moving to the Bazaar for shopping don't wear mask even. that's why Corona virus has been spread towards the village level as well. We can find if you patient of covid-19 in the village areas well. But with this situation I need to perform my daily shopping speciality food items.

So in this situation which strategy I follow I am going to share so that you can use this for your life. The most busy Bazar time is 7 a.m. to about 10:30 or 11 a m. After picking all necessary items people normally don't stay at bazar so that's why most of the people done their job by 10:30 a.m. normally. And from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. it's the suitable time which I normally use. In this time I don't need to get contaminated with people and on the other hand most importantly I can save a huge amount of time from that vacant Bazar. Initially I went to Bajar on the peak time as earlier before but now I become conscious about the situation and I have understand the nature of the Bazar very well. So you can enjoy you shopping by some planning so that you can have 8 social contamination

My Bazar(Market) Choice

#Fridaymarket is a nice contest where we share some shopping memories and other memories outside home. As you can see the photographs of this where i was passing by a bazar which is about 2 km away from my home. Its really nice place for daily necessary shopping. The name of that place is Borarchor in Muradnagar, Cumilla, Bangladesh the speciality of this Bazaar is here you will get all sort of vegetables, meat and other food item in very fresh condition. The basic reason behind the freshness of vegetables is here there a little number of middle ones or traders. Most of the sellers are the farmers themselves. Farmer come to the Bazaar with their farms vegetables and that's why it's always fresh and hygienic. For this kind of reason that Bajar is my first choice for food and vegetable items. There are some other shop/bazar nearby me but those are not farmer based rather most of the cases its trader based. The problem of trader based Bazar or shop is they collect vegetables from the farmer one or two days back and then sell it for another 2-3 days. So there it's difficult to get the fresh vegetables all the time. That's why I always prefer this kind of Bazar where farmers can get some benefit directly and we can get fresh vegetables.

The photographs you can say it from one week back. I was busy that so I couldn't post it early on. The market or Bazar of the vegetables items normally remain open from early morning to the noon. You will not get this items after passing noon. So it's about a morning market where you can collect your daily needs in very early morning. The tradition here is is shopping each day and then cooking on the same day. Refrigerator are not available in most of the houses that's why this tradition is going on.

I wholeheartedly agree with you! Your family must be in the village for you to move from where you were. It sounds like you were in a more populated area. I must look back on your posts and see.

There is so much good in these small villages, the people and their ways, but, then there is the bad that goes with it. Even here in the US, the more rural areas live like the virus won't come to visit the area. Sadly, this is not the truth and it spreads even faster with the no mask, less sanitation, and many other little things.

The way you are shopping is brilliant. It gives you the most protection from everyone else, although, everything has been picked over. But, if you are doing it every day, you need to protect yourself as best you can. I think you have studied it enough to know the best times. I know many places that have no refrigeration and usually, they are so used to it, they don't even think about it. It is a way of life, but, we have become so spoiled, we cannot hardly think of living without one. I know I am spoiled and will be the first to admit it.

However, the pandemic has surely reeled us in a bit and we are doing without things that we commonplace and everyone seems to have survived. As a whole, we have become too dependent on things and I can only hope that we have learned a little something.

Thank you for showing off the market, the culture of the more rural areas, and taking the time and words to describe it all so well. I cannot tell you enough times how well this is presented. It is dearly appreciated.
