Post Covid-19?: Disney is reopening on July 11 but with some "restricted magic".
The Covid-19 pandemic has rocked the world in the most unexpected way and in its wake, has left millions dead, millions sick and lots of economic activities grounded around the world.
With the gradual easing of the lock down in most countries around the world, lots of entertainment centers are reopening and one of such is Disney world. Yes, Disney world will be reopening to the public on July 11 but with some "restricted magic."
According to the section of the website that is dedicated to the reopening of the top rated amusement park, there will be no new ticket sales and cancellation of dining and experience reservations.
Now, where will the magic come from?
These measures are said to be in place o ensure that, the park makes provision of good queuing systems that will ensure physical distancing.
The world will never be the same.
Post Covid-19 will be seen in a whole different light as the world is going to be getting a very different feel.
Lots of ventures are being transitioned into contact-less centers and those that require the physical human touch will be faced with restrictions, cautions and physical distancing measures that will help curb the spread of the virus.
Every part of the world's economy has been on a slow move and the lock down has only brought about a new way we see and relate with the world.
What is Disney World without the magic and how do you give magic from a park as well designed like Disney without the physical presence of the fun seekers?
Will the measures being put in place help curb the spread of the virus and have a good working system that will continue even after the pandemic?
Will profitability not push the management of Disney World to seek profit for her shareholders over the preservation of life?
Is the world ready for this kinds of "restricted magic" that will make many not be there to experience the magic they sought?

This is a new era and with the easing of the lock down around the world and a new set of rules being introduced to help curb the spread of the virus, the experience of Post Covid-19 will surely look restricted and I hope we are ready as a people to embrace our new world rules.
