Galunggong and Tortang Talong for lunch
I cooked galunggong and tortang talong for our lunch today. The first picture is the galunggong. You can see tomatoes, shrimp paste, and onion in the plate. That will be used as a dip later while eating. Just mix those three and you can dip the galunggong for better and yummier taste.
Next one is the tortang talong. Eggplant and eggs were used for this dish.
Press/flatten the eggplant using fork. Place it in a container, pour the eggs and then fry.
