Debido a esto todos en casa desde el más viejo hasta el más pequeño, que para ese entonces era yo nos hicimos amantes del café, lo que hasta el sol de hoy no ha cambiado; en casa de mi padre, en casa mis hermanos y en mi casa lo primero que hacemos al levantarnos es preparar esta deliciosa bebida para comenzar bien el día.

Aunque les comento que en mi casa el único que toma café soy yo, ya que mi esposa no comparte este gusto, tanto así que ni siquiera lo sabe preparar y cuando llegue visita yo soy quien lo hago; cuando tomo café mi hijo Matthias y ella me dicen que huelo a viejo, yo me divierto dándoles besos; de verdad no sé cómo a alguien no le puede gustar el café.

Me imagino que así como yo en esta comunidad hay personas amantes del café y otros que no, en mi caso lo tomo 2 o 3 veces al día, aunque hay oportunidades en que abuso porque si voy a casa de mis hermanas y lo primero que me dan es una taza sustanciosa de café y no puedo despreciarla jaja; este es el único vicio que tengo ya que no fumo, no tomo licor.

I imagine that just like me in this community there are people who love coffee and others who do not, in my case I drink it 2 or 3 times a day, although there are opportunities when I abuse it because if I go to my sisters' house and the first thing I do dan is a hearty cup of coffee and i can't despise it haha; This is the only vice I have since I don't smoke, I don't drink liquor.

Algo importante es que tiene muchos beneficios si es tomado moderadamente, ya que estimula el sistema nervioso, mejora el estado de ánimo, te mantiene despierto, aumenta el rendimiento físico, entre otros; en mi caso cuando no tomo café me da dolor de cabeza y ando de mal humor.

Something important is that it has many benefits if taken moderately, since it stimulates the nervous system, improves mood, keeps you awake, increases physical performance, among others; in my case, when I don't drink coffee, I get a headache and I'm in a bad mood.

Este es mi otro amor ya que me acompaña en mis largas horas de guardia y me ayuda a mantenerme despierto y activo durante toda esta jornada; para no ser perfecta las cosas mis 2 amores no se la pueden llevar bien, este es el sueño de todos los hombre jaja.
