It consists of a mango smoothie with milk, currently I find myself drinking many fruit drinks to improve my system and thus recover quickly since we need me to feel physically well so that the medications they give me do not hit my stomach so hard. So without more to say I share this delight 🍹

Consiste en un batido de mango 🥭 con leche, actualmente me encuentro tomando muchas bebidas de frutas para mejorar mi sistema y así recuperarme pronto ya que necesitamos que físicamente me encuentre bien para que los medicamentos que me suministran no golpeen tan fuerte mi estómago. Así que sin más que decir les comparto esta delicia. 🍹

For its preparation I have used: Mango, milk, sugar, a cup of water plus a blender to process the Ingredients.

I started with the mangoes, cleaning and cutting and thus extracting their pulp, which is what we will use.
