Trying the Hainanese Chicken Rice in the Newest Food Stall!

Hello, friends especially foodies!

Last evening, my mom and i had our dinner in the food court in front of the supermarket area.

It had some food stalls, each had different kind of food. We then decided to buy our dinner in the newest food stall there, they just opened for a week.

Here was their menu. After ordered, the waitress gave the order receipt to mom.

I was waiting on the table while mom paid the dinner, then she gave it to the waitress in the food stall.

The food would be delivered to our table. While waiting, i took some pictures of the dining area, it was large, clean, and neat. They also had the washing hands area.

Both of us order their speciality, roasted red bbq chicken with hainanese rice. I ordered the complete one with tofu, vegetable and also half of boiled egg. While mom only the hainanese rice and the chicken.

The flavour of the chicken was light savory and sweet, it was also soft. The vegetable tasted savory, sweet and a bit sour. The tofu and also egg had chinese spices and had light flavour. We loved how they made the hainanese rice, tasty and savory.

The dinner costed us 80,000 IDR or around 5.43 USD.
