Legendary Pork Satay & Pork Ribs in Sour Pickle Soup
Hello, friends especially foodies!
I would like to share our last night dinner experience. This time in a place that was legendary that sold only pork satay and pork ribs in sour picked soup, actually this was a small branch of other larger in a larger street.
Here how it looked like
So modest and without air conditioner, they only had some tables here.
They had the kitchen on the back so we didn't have to full with smoke haha.
The food was delivered only 15 minutes after we ordered. Here was our dinner.
The satay was fantastic. It had the sweet, a bit savory with medium soft texture.
The ribs soup was also tasted great. It had savory and sour flavour. So tasty but unfortunately the meat was not too thick.
The price for the dinner was 158,000 IDR or around 11.37 USD. We could transfer to make it easier to pay.
