I PREPARED WHITE RICE, MOIMOI WITH ATA DINDIN FOR BREAKFAST

Good morning house, it's been quite a while so I decided to whet your appetite with this my simple but nutritious breakfast.

Peel beans, add habenaro pepper, onions,little ginger root and crayfish and grind. After grinding, add groundnut oil, diced onions, seasoning cube, salt and doboned fish and mix well. Place a pot on fire and add water, leave the water to heat up while going to tie the beans paste into the nylon.

Put it inside the hot water on fire and allow it to boil for about 20-25 minutes.

Cook your white rice while the moimoi(beans pudding) is cooking.
Native fried stew

Put you pot on fire and add palm oil heat it up a little(don't allow it to bring out smoke) then add your sliced onions and locust beans(iru)

allow it to fry for a minute before adding your grated pepper. Add little seasoning(optional) and salt, leave to cook for about 5minutes then put in your fish, meat and and other thing you want to eat it with

Allow it to dey till there's no trace of water in the stew again and your food is ready.
