HOW I PREPARED MY YAM AND EGG SAUCE FOR BREAKFAST

Hi Hiveians,
I guess waking up hungry is now one of my daily routine because the rate at which I dive into the kitchen to look for what to eat as early as possible this days is quite surprising. So this morning, I decided to make Yan and egg sauce for breakfast hoping that the wicked hands of hunger will not catch up to me in the next few hours.
So I Peeled my yam and washed, put it in the pot, added a little sugar and salt, added with water and showed it to boil till soft.

For the egg sauce, I made use of

  1. Sliced tomatoes
  2. Grated pepper
  3. Sliced onions
  4. Grinded crayfish
  5. Seasoning
  6. Salt to taste
I put my frying pan on fire, added my groundnut oil and allowed it to heat up, then I added my sliced pepper, onion and tomato at once, reduced the heat and I added my grinded crayfish, seasoning and salt to taste and left it to cook too the water in the tomatoes dries up. Then i broke my egg and whisked it well, adding a pinch of salt to the egg. Stirred my cooking sauce and poured in my whisked egg. I stirred it gentle and allowed the egg cook for 2 minutes.
